城市土地利用系統(tǒng)健康水平空間關(guān)聯(lián)性研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the optimization speed of land function and the output speed of land benefit are not matched with the rapid change of its structure, and the contradiction between man and land comes into being. At the same time, with the formation of urban circles and urban agglomerations, the huge benefits and side effects brought by urban development will also radiate to other surrounding cities. Therefore, according to the present situation of land science development in China, the systematic analysis of land development based on health level will provide the basis for its sustainable development. At the same time, the spatial correlation of the health level of different urban land use systems can be determined, which can comprehensively and systematically understand the spatial development of land use in China, and has an important guiding significance for the global planning and overall deployment of land use. From the analysis of the existing literature, the research contents of urban land use system health mainly focus on the analysis of land use evaluation difference in different time periods. The spatial level analysis is rare, so this paper studies the interaction of land use resources, society, economy and space on the basis of rich theoretical research. The results of the research have certain application reference value. Based on the literature analysis, the author constructs the concept model of spatial correlation of urban land use system health level, and takes qualitative analysis to extract the key factors in the research. On the basis of constructing index system, reference entropy method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and exploratory spatial statistical analysis (ESDA) method are used to construct the health level measurement model and spatial correlation model of urban land use system. On the basis of evaluating their health, the purpose of this paper is to reveal the spatial correlation characteristics of the health degree of land use system among cities. The nature of global spatial autocorrelation and the contribution of local areas to global spatial autocorrelation are revealed from the perspective of spatial local heterogeneity. Finally, this paper takes the nine districts of Chongqing main city as the empirical research object, with the help of SPSS,Arcgis 10.2 and Geoda software to analyze the data of the two periods of 2010 and 2015. The results showed that the health degree of the whole land use system in the study area showed an upward trend, and the proportion of the region in the "critical health" was larger, and the distribution of regional health level shifted from the trend of "circular radiation" to the trend of "two-level differentiation". The global spatial autocorrelation of the health level of land use system in the study area was gradually enhanced, from random distribution to agglomeration distribution. Some "high and low" or "low" agglomeration areas are affected by the health of the surrounding regions, and they tend to "high" agglomeration or "low" agglomeration. In 2015, the transfer of "high health" center to the south and the formation of "low health" center in the north not only resulted in the "two-level differentiation" of the overall health degree of the region, but also resulted in the enhancement of the global spatial concentration of the health degree. Therefore, the government should put forward appropriate policy measures to ensure the rational use of land resources by combining the spatial changes and distribution of the health degree of land use system in the region.
