基于Malmquist指數(shù)的珠三角城市群土地利用效率研究

【摘要】:提高城市土地利用效率是實現(xiàn)城市土地節(jié)約集約利用的重要舉措。通過建立面板數(shù)據(jù),運用Malmquist指數(shù)測算了珠三角城市群9個城市的土地利用效率。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)從時間序列來看,2005—2013年珠三角城市群9個城市各年份土地利用效率平均值在[0.897,1.065]區(qū)間上呈現(xiàn)無序波動變化趨勢,2006年最高,2013年最低;從空間序列來看,珠三角城市群各個城市在2005—2013年土地利用效率平均值位于[0.819,1.087]區(qū)間上,肇慶最低,深圳最高;(2)從土地利用效率要素分解上看,2005—2013年廣州、惠州2個城市土地利用技術(shù)效率、規(guī)模效率有所提高,其余7個城市土地利用技術(shù)效率、規(guī)模效率基本維持不變;廣州、深圳、佛山、東莞、中山5個城市土地利用技術(shù)進步呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢,而其余4個城市則呈現(xiàn)相反的趨勢。綜合分析,在土地利用純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率提升空間較小的情況下,未來珠三角城市群土地利用效率的提高主要應(yīng)注重土地利用技術(shù)進步的改善。
[Abstract]:Improving the efficiency of urban land use is an important measure to realize urban land conservation and intensive use. The land use efficiency of 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration was measured by using Malmquist index through the establishment of panel data. The results are as follows: (1) in terms of time series, the average land use efficiency of 9 cities in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration from 2005 to 2013 showed a trend of disorderly fluctuation in the range of [0.897n 1.065], which was highest in 2006 and lowest in 2013; In terms of spatial sequence, the average land use efficiency of the cities in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration from 2005 to 2013 was in the range of [0.819 (1.087)], with the lowest in Zhaoqing and the highest in Shenzhen. (2) from the factor decomposition of land use efficiency, from 2005 to 2013, the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of land use in two cities of Huizhou have been improved, while the technical efficiency of land use and scale efficiency of the remaining 7 cities have remained basically unchanged; Five cities, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan and Zhongshan, showed an upward trend in land use technology, while the other four cities showed the opposite trend. Comprehensive analysis shows that the improvement of land use efficiency in Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration in the future should pay attention to the improvement of land use technology progress under the condition that the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of land use are small.
