A企業(yè)循環(huán)甩掛運(yùn)輸車輛調(diào)度成本優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó)許多物流企業(yè)都存在著運(yùn)輸效率低、裝卸等待時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)、里程率低等一些問題,這些問題不僅提高了企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,同時(shí)在一定程度上也阻礙了物流運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,如何有效的解決這些問題是目前運(yùn)輸企業(yè)及國(guó)家比較關(guān)注的問題。在國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,甩掛運(yùn)輸作為一種新興的運(yùn)輸方式,由于其具有降低運(yùn)輸成本、提高運(yùn)輸效率、提高里程率、減少環(huán)境污染、降低裝卸等待時(shí)間等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已得到大力的推廣,被應(yīng)用在許多運(yùn)輸場(chǎng)合。在此情況下,我國(guó)也開始大力發(fā)展甩掛運(yùn)輸,由于甩掛運(yùn)輸在我國(guó)開展的比較晚,所以其技術(shù)水平還處在落后狀態(tài),還需要進(jìn)一步的研究和發(fā)展。甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)暮诵膯栴}——車輛調(diào)度更應(yīng)該得到相應(yīng)的關(guān)注和研究。本文先通過對(duì)研究課題的背景、目的、意義等進(jìn)行了描述,并且分析、研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)甩掛運(yùn)輸研究的情況,最終作出了本文的技術(shù)路線圖。然后對(duì)甩掛運(yùn)輸定義、適用范圍等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹,并研究了甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)慕M織模式及車輛調(diào)度,介紹了解決車輛調(diào)度問題的方法,還對(duì)各種方法進(jìn)行了說明。再結(jié)合A企業(yè)的所要開展的實(shí)際運(yùn)輸,為其進(jìn)行循環(huán)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)姆桨冈O(shè)計(jì)。先運(yùn)用AHP方法解決車場(chǎng)的選擇,建立循環(huán)甩掛運(yùn)輸車輛調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型,將其目標(biāo)都轉(zhuǎn)換為成本費(fèi)用,提出了最終優(yōu)化目標(biāo)成本最小化。同時(shí)還對(duì)比求解問題的啟發(fā)式算法,比較各算法求解問題的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),最后選擇模擬退火算法,并運(yùn)用MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行程序編輯,最后得出循環(huán)甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)淖罴崖肪,計(jì)算出所需的運(yùn)輸成本,并與傳統(tǒng)調(diào)度模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比,進(jìn)而得出循環(huán)甩掛運(yùn)輸可以為A企業(yè)每天降低四千元左右的運(yùn)輸成本費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:In China, many logistics enterprises have some problems, such as low transportation efficiency, long loading and unloading time, low mileage rate and so on. These problems not only increase the operating cost of enterprises, but also hinder the development of logistics transportation industry to a certain extent. Therefore, how to effectively solve these problems is currently concerned by transport enterprises and countries. In developed countries, as a new mode of transportation, it has been popularized because of its advantages of reducing transportation cost, improving transportation efficiency, increasing mileage, reducing environmental pollution and reducing waiting time for loading and unloading. It is used in many transportation occasions. In this case, our country also began to vigorously develop swing and hang transport, because of the relatively late development in our country, so its technical level is still in a backward state, but also needs further research and development. The core problem of transportation, vehicle scheduling, should be paid more attention and research. This paper first describes the background, purpose and significance of the research topic, and analyzes the domestic and foreign research on swing and hang transportation, and finally makes the technical roadmap of this paper. Then, the definition and applicable range of swing and hang transportation are introduced in detail, and the organization mode and vehicle scheduling of swing and hang transportation are studied. The methods to solve the problem of vehicle scheduling are introduced, and various methods are also explained. Combining with the actual transportation of enterprise A, the scheme of circulation transportation is designed. First, the AHP method is used to solve the problem of vehicle yard selection, and the optimal model of vehicle scheduling is established. The target is converted into cost, and the final optimization objective cost minimization is proposed. At the same time, the heuristic algorithm for solving the problem is compared, the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are compared, the simulated annealing algorithm is chosen, and the program is edited by using MATLAB software. The required transportation cost is calculated and compared with the traditional dispatching mode, and it is concluded that the circulation and hanging transportation can reduce the transportation cost of about 4,000 yuan per day for the A enterprise.
