【摘要】：選取京津冀、長三角和珠三角三大城市群,利用多個指標模型綜合評判城市群生產性服務業(yè)的集聚特征與發(fā)展規(guī)律。研究認為,三大城市群生產性服務業(yè)集聚總體呈現(xiàn)經濟上的分異和空間上的趨同。2003-2014年間,京津冀、長三角城市群內城市生產性服務業(yè)平均相對專業(yè)化程度均有增加,并主要表現(xiàn)為外圍地區(qū)拉動;京津冀、珠三角中心城市的相對多樣化程度有不同程度提高,城市職能趨向綜合化,外向生產性服務能力增強。進而三大城市群形成了"專業(yè)化中心+專業(yè)化外圍"和"多樣化中心+專業(yè)化外圍"兩種不同的生產性服務業(yè)集聚模式�？臻g集聚特征測度的結果顯示,生產性服務業(yè)在三大城市群內部集聚均呈不均衡的極化發(fā)展趨勢。受城鎮(zhèn)化和工業(yè)化所處階段影響,十余年間,京津冀生產性服務業(yè)集聚幅度最大,相對于其他產業(yè)的區(qū)位吸引力最強;長三角生產性服務業(yè)平均集中率最高;珠三角生產性服務業(yè)相對于其他產業(yè)的集中程度,相對于全國的平均占有率均較低,行業(yè)發(fā)展的相對優(yōu)勢有所減弱。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the three urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, and synthetically evaluates the agglomeration characteristics and development laws of producer services in urban agglomeration by using several index models. The study shows that the agglomeration of producer services in the three urban agglomerations presents economic differentiation and spatial convergence. From 2003 to 2014, the average relative specialization degree of producer services in cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations has increased. And mainly for the peripheral areas pull; In Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the degree of relative diversification in the central city of the Pearl River Delta has been improved to varying degrees, the function of the city tends to be integrated, and the capacity of outward productive service has been enhanced. Then the three urban agglomerations form two different patterns of producer service agglomeration: specialization periphery of specialized center and specialization periphery of diversification center. The results of spatial agglomeration feature measurement show that producer services agglomeration in the three urban agglomerations shows an unbalanced polarization trend. Under the influence of urbanization and industrialization, the producer services in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have the largest concentration range and the strongest regional attractiveness relative to other industries in the past ten years, and the average concentration rate of producer services in the Yangtze River Delta is the highest. Compared with other industries, the producer services in the Pearl River Delta have a relatively low average occupation rate, and the relative advantages of industry development are weakened.
