【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化水平明顯提升,同時(shí),安徽省的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展也取得了巨大進(jìn)步。傳統(tǒng)的城鎮(zhèn)化主要以增加城市數(shù)量、擴(kuò)大城市規(guī)模為主,在粗放的發(fā)展模式下,區(qū)域發(fā)展不均衡、城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)突出、生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞、居民生活質(zhì)量差等問(wèn)題逐漸加重。新型城鎮(zhèn)化則是一種新的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展模式,將堅(jiān)持以人為本的原則,更加注重人民的物質(zhì)生活和精神生活水平的提升,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、環(huán)境友好、社會(huì)和諧,也是安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的必然選擇。而合理評(píng)價(jià)安徽省各城市新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展水平,有助于了解安徽省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,從而為政府和企業(yè)制定相關(guān)政策提供科學(xué)的理論和實(shí)證依據(jù),對(duì)進(jìn)一步提高安徽省新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平具有重要意義。本文在探討了新型城鎮(zhèn)化內(nèi)涵及特征的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了安徽省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),以安徽省16個(gè)城市為研究對(duì)象,從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、城市環(huán)境和生活品質(zhì)三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建出評(píng)價(jià)安徽省新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平的指標(biāo)體系,包括3個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和17個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),利用安徽省2015年16個(gè)城市的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析綜合評(píng)價(jià)安徽省各城市新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展水平,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用聚類分析對(duì)安徽省各城市的新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平進(jìn)行科學(xué)劃分,從而實(shí)證分析安徽省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及區(qū)域差異。最后,結(jié)合安徽省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及區(qū)域特點(diǎn),提出優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、完善城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)特色城市建設(shè)、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展、完善戶籍制度、加強(qiáng)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)等相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the level of urbanization in China has obviously improved, at the same time, the development of urbanization in Anhui Province has also made great progress. The traditional urbanization is mainly to increase the number of cities and expand the scale of cities. Under the extensive development mode, the regional development is not balanced, the dual structure of urban and rural areas is prominent, the ecological environment is destroyed, and the residents' quality of life is poor. New urbanization is a new mode of urbanization. It will adhere to the principle of people-oriented, pay more attention to the improvement of people's material and spiritual living standards, realize economic development, environmental friendliness and social harmony. Anhui Province is also the economic and social transformation, urban and rural development of the inevitable choice. The reasonable evaluation of the development level of new-type urbanization in various cities of Anhui Province is helpful to understand the present development situation and existing problems of new-type urbanization in Anhui Province, thus providing a scientific theoretical and empirical basis for the government and enterprises to formulate relevant policies. To further improve the level of new urbanization in Anhui Province has important significance. On the basis of discussing the connotation and characteristics of new-type urbanization, this paper further analyzes the present situation and characteristics of new-type urbanization in Anhui Province. At the same time, taking 16 cities in Anhui Province as the research object, this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province from three aspects: economic development, urban environment and quality of life, including 3 primary indicators and 17 secondary indicators. Based on the statistical data of 16 cities in Anhui Province in 2015, this paper uses factor analysis to evaluate the development level of new-type urbanization in each city of Anhui Province, and uses cluster analysis to scientifically divide the level of new-type urbanization in each city of Anhui Province. Thus, this paper empirically analyzes the development status and regional differences of new urbanization in Anhui Province. Finally, according to the development status and regional characteristics of new urbanization in Anhui Province, the paper proposes to optimize industrial structure, perfect urban infrastructure construction, strengthen the construction of characteristic cities, coordinate urban and rural development, and improve the household registration system. Strengthen the ecological environment protection and other related recommendations.
