【摘要】：近年來(lái),科技治理問(wèn)題日益受到社會(huì)重視,如何以更合理的方式促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新與社會(huì)價(jià)值融合已經(jīng)成為各國(guó)科技治理面臨的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。21世紀(jì)初,在歐美興起的"責(zé)任式創(chuàng)新"闡述了集體、開放、綜合創(chuàng)新方法,為科技治理提供了具有實(shí)踐效力的倫理框架。我國(guó)正處于建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期,科技治理相關(guān)體制機(jī)制尚不健全,"責(zé)任式創(chuàng)新"模式有利于推動(dòng)我國(guó)"創(chuàng)新"與"責(zé)任"相結(jié)合、促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)符合社會(huì)期望并實(shí)現(xiàn)科技治理范式重構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the governance of science and technology. How to promote the integration of innovation and social value in a more reasonable way has become an important issue facing the scientific and technological governance of all countries. The rise of "responsibility innovation" in Europe and the United States expounds the collective, open and comprehensive innovation methods, which provides a practical ethical framework for scientific and technological governance. Our country is in the strategic opportunity period of building an innovative country, the relevant system mechanism of science and technology governance is not perfect, the mode of "responsible innovation" is helpful to promote the combination of "innovation" and "responsibility" in our country. Promote innovation activities in line with social expectations and achieve the paradigm reconstruction of science and technology governance.
