【摘要】：建設(shè)國家中心城市是長沙市近年的奮斗目標(biāo)。長沙市怎樣建設(shè)國家中心城市,可以從與國內(nèi)其它國家中心城市的全面比照當(dāng)中得到建設(shè)方案。一是從經(jīng)濟實力、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、科教實力、金融行業(yè)發(fā)展、對外開放等代表城市綜合實力的5個方面,二是從引領(lǐng)和輻射功能、集聚功能、物流樞紐功能等代表城市功能的3個方面,對長沙與國內(nèi)5個國家中心城市(天津、重慶、成都、武漢、鄭州)進行對比研究。通過對比,從國內(nèi)5個國家中心城市的城市功能差別當(dāng)中找準(zhǔn)長沙的城市功能定位,從長沙市城市綜合實力的差距和優(yōu)劣勢當(dāng)中發(fā)現(xiàn)長沙建設(shè)國家中心城市所要解決的問題,為此提出長沙建設(shè)國家中心城市的對策。
[Abstract]:The construction of the national center city is Changsha in recent years the goal of struggle. How to build a national central city in Changsha can be obtained from a comprehensive comparison with other national central cities in China. First, from the economic strength, industrial structure, scientific and educational strength, financial industry development, opening to the outside world and other five aspects of the comprehensive strength of the city, the second is from the guidance and radiation function, agglomeration function, This paper compares Changsha with five national central cities in China (Tianjin, Chongqing, Chengdu, Wuhan, Zhengzhou). Through comparison, we can find out the urban function orientation of Changsha among the differences of urban functions of five national central cities in China, and find out the problems that Changsha needs to solve in the construction of national central cities from the gap and the advantages and disadvantages of Changsha's comprehensive strength. Therefore, the countermeasures for Changsha to build a national central city are put forward.
