【摘要】：資源依賴型省份長期以來形成了資源促進(jìn)發(fā)展的路徑依賴。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新常被視為資源依賴型省份轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的良方,但其對就業(yè)的效應(yīng)卻往往是雙向的。山西是近乎"純粹"的資源依賴型省份,以山西為例通過脈沖響應(yīng)和方差分析研究技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對其就業(yè)總量和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,表明技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對就業(yè)具有一定時滯性的促進(jìn)作用。推動資源相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)更新、鼓勵企業(yè)自主選擇新技術(shù),以及創(chuàng)新互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合以增加就業(yè)領(lǐng)域,對于資源依賴型省域轉(zhuǎn)型和平衡上述雙重效應(yīng)具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:Resource-dependent provinces have long formed a path dependence on resources for development. Technological innovation is often regarded as a good recipe for the transformation and development of resource-dependent provinces, but its effect on employment is often two-way. Shanxi is a "pure" resource-dependent province. Through impulse response and variance analysis, this paper studies the influence of technological innovation on the total employment and structure of Shanxi province, which shows that technological innovation has a certain delay in promoting employment. It is of great significance to promote the technological renewal of resource-related industries, encourage enterprises to choose new technologies independently, and innovate the integration of the Internet and the tertiary industry to increase the employment field, which is of positive significance for the transformation of resource-dependent provinces and the balancing of the dual effects mentioned above.
