【摘要】：“十二五規(guī)劃”指出健全統(tǒng)一規(guī)范靈活的人力資源市場(chǎng),完善城鄉(xiāng)公共就業(yè)服務(wù)體系,推動(dòng)就業(yè)信息全國(guó)聯(lián)網(wǎng),為勞動(dòng)者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的就業(yè)服務(wù)。大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)是促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,服務(wù)質(zhì)量的高低關(guān)系到大學(xué)生是否能夠順利就業(yè)。大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)同其他服務(wù)行業(yè)一樣要將“顧客為導(dǎo)向”作為工作核心,以服務(wù)對(duì)象的需求作為工作的首要原則之一。本文以上海市松江大學(xué)園區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量為研究對(duì)象。在國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)之上,運(yùn)用服務(wù)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域基于顧客感知評(píng)價(jià)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的SERVQUAL量表的五個(gè)維度構(gòu)建松江大學(xué)園區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量初始評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并通過(guò)預(yù)調(diào)研等環(huán)節(jié),形成大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量研究的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷定稿�；诳杉靶院涂煽啃缘目紤],調(diào)研對(duì)象選擇為松江七校在校大學(xué)生。在各個(gè)高校通過(guò)隨機(jī)進(jìn)行調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式得到關(guān)于大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量滿意度的初始數(shù)據(jù)。通過(guò)對(duì)初始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析得到大學(xué)生對(duì)于就業(yè)服務(wù)的整體滿意度以及滿意度的影響因素。通過(guò)因子分析以及AHP層次分析法確定各影響因素的權(quán)重,并對(duì)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的完善以及調(diào)整修改,最終確立大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。通過(guò)配對(duì)樣本T檢驗(yàn)、樣本均值和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方差分以及SQ模型的使用,對(duì)大學(xué)生期望和感知就業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量水平的差距進(jìn)行測(cè)量。根據(jù)以上的分析以及對(duì)于大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀的研究并綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究得出影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的主要因素。并針對(duì)性地提出相應(yīng)的提高大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan points out that it is necessary to perfect the unified and standardized human resource market, perfect the service system of urban and rural public employment, promote the nationwide networking of employment information, and provide high-quality and efficient employment services for workers. The employment service of college students is an important content to promote the employment of college students. The quality of service relates to the smooth employment of college students. The employment service for college students, like other service industries, should take "customer orientation" as the core of work, and take the demand of service object as one of the most important principles of work. This paper focuses on the quality of employment service for college students in Songjiang University Park, Shanghai. On the basis of literature review at home and abroad, this paper constructs the initial evaluation index system of college students' employment service quality in Songjiang University Park by using the five dimensions of SERVQUAL scale based on customer perception evaluation service quality in the field of service science. And through the preliminary investigation and other links, form the final questionnaire of the university student employment service quality research. Based on the consideration of accessibility and reliability, the research object is Songjiang Seven College students. The initial data about the satisfaction of college students' employment service quality were obtained by random questionnaire in each university. Through the statistical analysis of the initial data, the overall satisfaction of college students for employment services and the influencing factors of satisfaction are obtained. Through factor analysis and AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each influencing factor, and to further improve and modify the index system, finally establish the evaluation index system of employment service quality of college students. The difference between college students' expectation and perceived quality of employment service level was measured by paired sample T-test, sample mean and standard variance scores and the use of SQ model. Based on the above analysis and the current situation of employment service for college students and comprehensive domestic and foreign related studies, the main factors affecting the quality of employment service for college students are obtained. And puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment service quality of college students.
