CX公司的食品冷鏈物流追溯系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard and the continuous improvement of social informatization, the quality and safety of food / agricultural products have been paid more and more attention by all walks of life. Since the national policy document "Cold chain Development Plan for Agricultural products" was issued in 2010, cold chain logistics has entered a stage of rapid development in China. The construction of cold chain logistics traceability system in government departments is being strengthened continuously. In order to meet the needs of consumers for the quality and safety of cold chain food / agricultural products, enterprises are also actively building the cold chain logistics traceability system. The research object of this thesis is the cold chain logistics traceability system of CX Company (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd., which has accumulated a number of users of cold chain related enterprises since its launch in 2012. However, with the continuous integration of information technology, especially the Internet of things technology in cold chain logistics traceability, CX's cold chain logistics traceability system is facing new challenges in meeting the new needs of users and adapting to the trend of development of the times. Under this background, this paper proposes to optimize the cold chain logistics traceability system of CX Company. Firstly, this paper combs the related concepts and theories of cold chain logistics traceability, compares and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and clarifies that the theoretical basis of this paper includes three aspects: cold chain logistics traceability, Ecode Internet of things and business address resolution technology. Then, on the basis of fully analyzing the current situation of cold chain logistics traceability system of CX Company, the problems of this system are summarized simply, then the key factors of optimizing demand are identified by Delphi method, and the user experience is found. The three categories of information management and standardization consist of 10 specific key needs. Finally, the key factors of optimization demand are evaluated by AHP, and the key to optimize the cold chain logistics traceability system of CX Company is to realize the cold chain traceability of single grade whole process on the basis of efficient information sharing. Through the pre-optimization requirement analysis, the goal is to realize the single-grade whole process cold chain tracing on the basis of efficient information sharing. The cold chain logistics traceability system of CX Company is optimized and designed based on the Ecode Internet of things identification system and the business address resolution technology. The detailed optimization scheme is made from the cold chain logistics tracing process and function level. Finally, with the application background of Zhaoqing cold chain logistics system upgrade project which the author participated in during his internship in CX Company, the optimized scheme was applied to the whole cold chain process of orange. Thus, the effectiveness of optimization requirement analysis and optimization design is verified.
