吉利汽車總裝物流配送管理優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:Since 2009, China's automobile production and sales have ranked first in the world, and the automobile industry has become one of the important pillar industries of the national economy. However, the true cost distribution of automobile manufacturing industry deviates significantly from sensory perception and market law. More than 90% of the time is spent in part distribution logistics in the process of automobile production. If this problem is solved, it will effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost of automobile enterprises. This paper takes Geely Automobile Hangzhou Bay Base General Assembly Factory as the research object, and makes a detailed investigation on the workshop status of Hangzhou Bay Base General Assembly Factory by using the methods of literature research and field investigation. It is found that the logistics efficiency of Hangzhou Bay Base General Assembly Plant is low, and its main problems are staffing, logistics equipment, reservoir area distribution, distribution method and distribution route. Under the guidance of lean production theory, lean logistics theory, Kanban supply theory and SPS supply theory, combined with their own working experience, the thesis optimizes the design of logistics distribution system of Hangzhou Bay Base: first, Construct the classified distribution mechanism of internal and external coordination; second, introduce the accompanying burden system; third, design the reservoir area distribution and logistics route according to the optimal solution of linear programming. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme, it is suggested to set up an assessment mechanism based on the project team, establish a perfect logistics information system, and establish the emergency handling mechanism to provide system protection. The optimization scheme designed in this paper has certain value for improving the efficiency of logistics distribution in the assembly workshop of Hangzhou Bay Base of Geely Automobile.
