基于改進熵權(quán)法的第三方物流企業(yè)核心競爭力研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟競爭日益加劇,對于企業(yè)發(fā)展來說,提高企業(yè)自身競爭力,降低企業(yè)綜合成本,提升企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益成為重中之重。在這一過程中,大多數(shù)企業(yè)傾向于把自身非核心產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)交于更加專業(yè)的外包公司,進而集中企業(yè)主要資源和力量發(fā)展企業(yè)自身核心競爭力而物流行業(yè)作為21世紀最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ男袠I(yè)之一,在外包業(yè)務上更為普遍。針對目前經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展狀態(tài),以從事簡單運輸、配送、倉儲等服務為主的傳統(tǒng)物流企業(yè)已經(jīng)遠遠不能滿足當前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,以為客戶提供綜合服務以及專業(yè)化服務為導向的第三方物流企業(yè)在這樣的大環(huán)境得到了迅速發(fā)展。第三方物流企業(yè)要想在當今物流市場中保持長久、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,務必要對企業(yè)進行核心競爭力分析。在很大程度上,物流企業(yè)核心競爭力的強弱直接影響到該企業(yè)的物流市場地位,企業(yè)核心競爭力越強,越能在市場中占據(jù)有利位置。企業(yè)必須對自身的核心競爭力進行正確的評價和分析,并且充分認識到影響企業(yè)核心競爭力的諸多因素,最后按照評價的結(jié)果采用具體的措施和方法增強企業(yè)核心競爭力。本文結(jié)合經(jīng)濟全球化和第三方物流發(fā)展趨勢,從第三方物流的內(nèi)涵和相關(guān)理論以及第三方物流企業(yè)的界定出發(fā),從這幾個方面分析第三方物流的發(fā)展。然后從企業(yè)核心競爭力的概念和相關(guān)理論入手,引出第三方物流企業(yè)的核心競爭力。通過分析影響第三方物流企業(yè)核心競爭力相關(guān)因素,總結(jié)出包括競爭硬實力、競爭軟實力和競爭潛力三個方面的第三方物流企業(yè)核心競爭力綜合評價模型。結(jié)合第三方物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,選取德邦物流、天地華宇和中郵物流公司三家第三方物流企業(yè)為樣本,通過調(diào)查問卷、專家打分等方式來收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。對傳統(tǒng)熵權(quán)法進行介紹,對熵權(quán)法進行改進,采用改進的熵權(quán)法對數(shù)據(jù)進行整理與分析,借助理論與實際、定性與定量的分析方法,對該企業(yè)核心競爭力進行分析與評價。通過分析三個不同類型的第三方物流企業(yè)的評價結(jié)果,結(jié)合企業(yè)自身實際情況,最后提出發(fā)展我國第三方物流企業(yè)核心競爭力的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:As the global economic competition intensifies day by day, for the enterprise development, it becomes the most important thing to improve the enterprise's own competitiveness, reduce the enterprise's comprehensive cost, and enhance the enterprise's economic benefit. In the process, most companies tend to shift their non-core industries to more specialized outsourcing companies. The logistics industry, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, is more common in outsourcing business. In view of the current state of economic development, the traditional logistics enterprises, which are mainly engaged in simple transportation, distribution, warehousing and other services, are far from meeting the needs of the current economic development. Third-party logistics enterprises which provide comprehensive services and specialized services to customers have developed rapidly in this environment. If the third party logistics enterprises want to maintain a long and stable development in the current logistics market, it is necessary to analyze the core competitiveness of the enterprises. To a large extent, the strength of the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises directly affects the logistics market position of the enterprises, the stronger the core competitiveness of enterprises, the more able to occupy a favorable position in the market. Enterprises must evaluate and analyze their core competence correctly, and fully realize the factors that affect the core competence of enterprises. Finally, according to the evaluation results, concrete measures and methods are adopted to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises. Combined with the economic globalization and the development trend of the third party logistics, this paper analyzes the development of the third party logistics from these aspects, starting from the connotation and related theory of the third party logistics and the definition of the third party logistics enterprise. Then, from the concept of core competence and related theories, the third party logistics enterprises core competitiveness. By analyzing the related factors affecting the core competence of the third party logistics enterprises, the comprehensive evaluation model of the core competence of the third party logistics enterprises is summarized, which includes three aspects: the hard power, the soft power and the potential of competition. Combined with the development of the third party logistics enterprises, three third party logistics enterprises, such as Dobang Logistics, Tiandi Huayu and China Post Logistics Company, are selected as samples to collect relevant data by questionnaire, experts scoring and so on. The traditional entropy weight method is introduced, the entropy weight method is improved, the data is sorted and analyzed by the improved entropy weight method, and the core competence of the enterprise is analyzed and evaluated with the aid of theoretical and practical, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. By analyzing the evaluation results of three different types of third-party logistics enterprises and combining with the actual situation of the enterprises, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the development of the core competitiveness of the third party logistics enterprises in China.
