【摘要】：推進(jìn)特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)可以成為吳江經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的"新戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)"。在建設(shè)中應(yīng)注意數(shù)量上不求多、規(guī)模上不貪大、產(chǎn)業(yè)上不雷同、功能上不能散、速度上不圖快、主體上不包辦。吳江推進(jìn)特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)要準(zhǔn)確把握和利用區(qū)域資源,緊密依托產(chǎn)業(yè)增強(qiáng)內(nèi)生動(dòng)力,凸顯文化標(biāo)識(shí)提升小鎮(zhèn)魅力,堅(jiān)持以改善民生為根本目的,明確市場(chǎng)主體多元投入建設(shè),科學(xué)規(guī)劃加強(qiáng)管控分步實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:To promote the construction of small towns with characteristics can become the "new battlefield" for the economic and social development of Wu Jiang. In construction, attention should be paid not to the quantity, the scale, the industry, the function, the speed, and the main body. Wu Jiang should accurately grasp and utilize regional resources, closely rely on industry to enhance endogenous power, highlight cultural signs to enhance the charm of small towns, adhere to the basic purpose of improving people's livelihood, and make clear the diversified investment construction of the market main body.
