【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,城市空間將面臨著由增量擴(kuò)展到存量優(yōu)化的重要轉(zhuǎn)型,快速的城市空間拓展造成了城市新區(qū)之間、新區(qū)與老城區(qū)之間功能割裂或混亂、許多新區(qū)面臨著基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和社會服務(wù)體系嚴(yán)重滯后,城市生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化等諸多問題,針對這些問題,提出了要及時構(gòu)建適應(yīng)城市空間存量優(yōu)化階段的城市新的規(guī)劃和管理體制、完善城市交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)、及早進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)的置換和重組、規(guī)劃和建設(shè)城市新區(qū)社會公共服務(wù)體系等措施。
[Abstract]:With the change of economic development mode in China, urban space will face an important transition from incremental expansion to stock optimization. The rapid expansion of urban space has resulted in the separation or confusion of functions between new urban areas, new districts and old urban areas. Many new districts are faced with many problems, such as serious lag of infrastructure and social service system, deterioration of urban ecological environment, and so on. In view of these problems, a new urban planning and management system that adapts to the optimization stage of urban space stock is put forward in time. To perfect the urban transportation network system, to replace and reorganize the industry as soon as possible, and to plan and construct the social public service system of the new urban district.
