深圳市外來務工人員的管理模式研究
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the development of the market economy, the acceleration of industrialization construction and the accelerating process of urban and rural integration, the market has played a decisive role in the allocation of labor resources. In order to improve the quality of life and increase the income of labor, the labor population flows freely in the coastal economic developed areas, which produces the migrant workers. As an important force to promote the economic development of the city and the transformation of the industrial structure, the migrant workers constitute an important part of the urban social structure. As the frontier of China's reform and opening up and the special economic zone, Shenzhen has the largest number and the largest proportion of migrant workers. They have made the rapid development of the social and economic development of Shenzhen. However, in full recognition of the increasingly important role of migrant workers in urban development, how to ensure that they are able to enjoy equal social security rights and interests, to provide them with high quality management and services, to effectively solve the problems of migrant workers' residence, children's enrollment and mobility and employment, and so on The problem of the management of migrant workers in urgent need is also a major research content to deepen the reform of the household registration, promote the development of the people's livelihood and maintain social harmony and stability. This paper, based on the theory of demand level and the theory of floating population management, through the questionnaire survey, the literature analysis, the interview, the data statistics and other methods, the present situation of the migrant workers in Shenzhen A number of problems and causes in the management of migrant workers in Shenzhen are analyzed in detail. From improving the basic information quality of migrant workers, reforming the social security system of migrant workers, reorganizing the "three changes" plan of the administrative departments of migrant workers, and improving the management of migrant workers in Shenzhen. The implementation path of the model realizes the accelerated integration of migrant workers' localization, promotes the modernization of Shenzhen's governance ability and governance level, and offers suggestions for the scientific development of Shenzhen.
