【摘要】：隨著國家福利分房制度的改革,住房分配貨幣化的確立,為解決中低收入購房難問題,保障性住房政策隨之產(chǎn)生。文章通過對保障性住房發(fā)展脈絡(luò)的梳理,以南京保障性住房的發(fā)展為例,著重分析了南京保障性住房空間結(jié)構(gòu)問題。以城市規(guī)劃的視角,分別從城市層面和街區(qū)層面進行探究,對目前在這兩個層面空間結(jié)構(gòu)方面提出了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整策略。
[Abstract]:With the reform of the national welfare housing division system and the establishment of housing distribution monetization, in order to solve the problem of low and middle income housing purchase, the affordable housing policy came into being. By combing the development of affordable housing and taking the development of affordable housing in Nanjing as an example, this paper focuses on the analysis of the spatial structure of affordable housing in Nanjing. From the perspective of urban planning, this paper probes into the urban level and the block level, and puts forward the corresponding adjustment strategies for the spatial structure of these two levels at present.
