【摘要】：在良好的物流大環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)下,作為物流行業(yè)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,第四方物流為開拓物流市場提供了一種新的模式,協(xié)助中小型物流企業(yè)在短期內(nèi)提升市場競爭力,因此對第四方物流的研究不可忽視。隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”和跨境電商等概念的提出,印證了第四方物流的運作核心在于第四方物流平臺,而該平臺要想穩(wěn)定、長久的運行,則離不開完善的利益協(xié)調(diào)機制,利益協(xié)調(diào)機制的根本在于對其影響因素的研究。本文主要以第四方物流平臺為研究對象,重點探討第四方物流平臺內(nèi)企業(yè)的利益分配問題,找出利益分配的影響因素,從根源上為第四方物流平臺的健康發(fā)展提出有效建議。本文在文獻回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,以資源管理理論為核心,構(gòu)建了概念模型并提出了相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè),后期通過AMOS17.0和SPSS20.0這兩個軟件對337份調(diào)查問卷進行結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型檢驗和線性回歸模型檢驗。主要分析結(jié)果包括以下五點:第一,第四方物流平臺內(nèi)企業(yè)資源對第四方物流平臺綜合運營能力有著顯著的正向影響;第二,第四方物流平臺內(nèi)企業(yè)資源對利益分配效果有著顯著的正向影響;第三,第四方物流平臺綜合運營能力對利益分配效果有著顯著的正向影響;第四,第四方物流平臺綜合運營能力在第四方物流平臺內(nèi)企業(yè)資源與利益分配效果之間存在著部分中介作用;第五,企業(yè)主體優(yōu)勢在第四方物流平臺內(nèi)企業(yè)資源與利益分配效果之間起著正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過進一步分析得出資源共享度、關(guān)系親密度、信息處理能力、資源整合能力以及方案設(shè)計能力是當前第四方物流平臺內(nèi)企業(yè)利益分配的主要影響因素。研究結(jié)論進一步豐富了第四方物流平臺內(nèi)企業(yè)利益分配理論體系,并對管理者提出了建議,在最后提出了本次研究的創(chuàng)新點、局限性和未來研究展望。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a good logistics environment and as a product of the development of the logistics industry, fourth Party Logistics provides a new model for the development of the logistics market and helps small and medium-sized logistics enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness in the short term. Therefore, the fourth party logistics research can not be ignored. With the introduction of the concepts of "Internet" and cross-border e-commerce, it is confirmed that the core of the fourth party logistics lies in the fourth party logistics platform. If the platform wants to run steadily and for a long time, it cannot do without a perfect interest coordination mechanism. The fundamental of interest coordination mechanism lies in the study of its influencing factors. This article mainly takes the fourth party logistics platform as the research object, emphatically discusses the fourth party logistics platform enterprise benefit distribution question, finds out the benefit distribution influence factor, from the origin puts forward the effective suggestion for the fourth party logistics platform healthy development. On the basis of literature review, this paper constructs a conceptual model with resource management theory as the core, and puts forward the corresponding research hypotheses. The structural equation model and linear regression model of 337 questionnaires were tested by AMOS17.0 and SPSS20.0. The main results include the following five points: first, the enterprise resources in the fourth party logistics platform have a significant positive impact on the fourth party logistics platform comprehensive operational capability; second, The fourth party logistics platform enterprise resources have significant positive impact on the benefit distribution effect; third, the fourth party logistics platform comprehensive operation ability has the significant positive influence to the benefit distribution effect; fourth, the fourth party logistics platform comprehensive operation ability has the remarkable positive influence to the benefit distribution effect; fourth, Fourth party logistics platform integrated operation ability in the fourth party logistics platform between enterprise resources and benefit allocation effect has some intermediary role; fifth, The dominant advantage of enterprise plays a positive role in regulating the effect of enterprise resource and benefit distribution in the fourth party logistics platform. Through further analysis, it is concluded that resource sharing degree, relationship affinity, information processing ability, resource integration ability and project design ability are the main influencing factors of enterprise benefit distribution in the current fourth party logistics platform. The conclusion further enriches the theoretical system of enterprise benefit distribution in the fourth party logistics platform, and puts forward some suggestions to managers. At last, it puts forward the innovation points, limitations and future research prospects of this study.
