【摘要】：序參量是協(xié)同系統(tǒng)演化中表明系統(tǒng)新結(jié)構(gòu)宏觀有序程度的參量.針對食品質(zhì)量鏈協(xié)同系統(tǒng)中的序參量問題,提出一種基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度與屬性約簡的食品質(zhì)量鏈協(xié)同系統(tǒng)序參量識別方法.首先,分析序參量原理在食品質(zhì)量鏈協(xié)同系統(tǒng)中的作用.然后,確定食品質(zhì)量鏈協(xié)同要素,建立表征食品質(zhì)量鏈系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)參量,接著提出本文的序參量求解方法.該方法基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度定義和求解各狀態(tài)參量的參量重要度,定義狀態(tài)參量重疊關(guān)系以使屬性約簡的結(jié)果中不存在重疊度較高的狀態(tài)參量,并在此基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用屬性約簡原理提出序參量求解的具體步驟.最后,將提出的序參量識別方法應(yīng)用到具體乳制品質(zhì)量鏈中,驗證了所提出方法的有效性.本文以整個食品質(zhì)量鏈為研究對象,首次建立了食品質(zhì)量鏈系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)參量體系,為解決食品質(zhì)量安全問題提供理論參考.對食品質(zhì)量鏈序參量的識別方法進行改進,豐富了協(xié)同學(xué)理論及其應(yīng)用,有利于優(yōu)化食品質(zhì)量鏈系統(tǒng),預(yù)防食品質(zhì)量問題的出現(xiàn).
[Abstract]:The order parameter is the parameter which indicates the macroscopic order degree of the new structure of the system in the evolution of cooperative system. To solve the problem of order parameter in food quality chain collaborative system, a method for identifying order parameters of food quality chain collaborative system based on grey correlation degree and attribute reduction is proposed. Firstly, the function of order parameter principle in food quality chain cooperative system is analyzed. Then, the cooperative factors of food quality chain are determined, and the state parameters which represent the food quality chain system are established. This method is based on the definition of grey correlation degree and the importance of calculating the parameters of each state parameter. The overlapping relation of state parameter is defined so that there is no state parameter with high overlap degree in the result of attribute reduction. On the basis of this, the concrete steps of solving the order parameter are put forward by applying the attribute reduction principle. Finally, the proposed order parameter identification method is applied to the dairy product quality chain to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. In this paper, the state parameter system of the whole food quality chain is established for the first time, which provides a theoretical reference for solving the problem of food quality and safety. The identification method of food quality chain order parameters is improved, which enriches the theory of synergy and its application, and is helpful to optimize the food quality chain system and prevent the emergence of food quality problems.
