【摘要】：以縣級(jí)行政區(qū)為評(píng)價(jià)基礎(chǔ)單元,在"三生空間"理論的基礎(chǔ)上,充分挖掘各國(guó)土空間功能類(lèi)型的內(nèi)涵,篩選出與四大空間功能類(lèi)型相對(duì)應(yīng)的投入產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)。運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法對(duì)2012~2014年福建省84縣區(qū)的國(guó)土空間開(kāi)發(fā)利用靜態(tài)效率進(jìn)行測(cè)算。其研究結(jié)果表明:(1)2012~2014年福建省國(guó)土空間開(kāi)發(fā)利用各維度綜合靜態(tài)效率平均值達(dá)0.682。(2)福建省各縣域國(guó)土空間開(kāi)發(fā)利用綜合效率空間分布呈現(xiàn)非均衡發(fā)展格局。(3)福建省各主體功能區(qū)的國(guó)土空間功能類(lèi)型純技術(shù)效率、規(guī)模效率和綜合效率皆存在明顯的差異,優(yōu)化開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)的國(guó)土發(fā)展空間和可持續(xù)保障空間開(kāi)發(fā)利用綜合效率和規(guī)模效率較高;而重點(diǎn)生態(tài)功能區(qū)和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品主產(chǎn)區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)空間綜合效率較高;各功能區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境空間開(kāi)發(fā)利用效率普遍較高且差異較小。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of "Sansheng space", the connotation of soil spatial functional types in various countries is fully excavated, and the input-output indexes corresponding to the four spatial functional types are screened out based on the county-level administrative region as the basic unit of evaluation. The static efficiency of land and space development and utilization in 84 counties of Fujian Province from 2012 to 2014 was measured by using data envelopment analysis. The results show that: (1) the average comprehensive static efficiency of each dimension of land and space development and utilization in Fujian Province from 2012 to 2014 is 0.682. (2) the spatial distribution of the comprehensive efficiency of land and space development and utilization in all counties of Fujian Province presents a pattern of unbalanced development. The territorial and spatial functional types of the main function areas are of pure technical efficiency, There are obvious differences between the scale efficiency and the comprehensive efficiency, and the comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency of optimizing the land development space of the development zone and the sustainable guarantee space development and utilization are higher. The comprehensive efficiency of agricultural production space is higher in the key ecological functional areas and the main producing areas of agricultural products, and the development and utilization efficiency of the ecological environment space in each functional area is generally higher and the difference is small.
