【摘要】:正近年來(lái),我國(guó)出口食品因未規(guī)范標(biāo)注過(guò)敏原而被通報(bào)情況屢見不鮮,對(duì)此出口企業(yè)應(yīng)引起重視。亞硫酸鹽作為一種常見的過(guò)敏原,其標(biāo)注問(wèn)題常被出口企業(yè)忽視。亞硫酸鹽是常用的一類食品添加劑,其使用歷史已達(dá)數(shù)百年之久。它可作為食品漂白劑、防腐劑;可抑制非酶褐變和酶促褐變,防止食品褐變,使水果不至黑變,還能防止鮮蝦生成黑斑;在酸性介質(zhì)中,還是十分有效的抗菌劑。根據(jù)美國(guó)食品藥品管理局的研究,食品中的亞硫酸鹽
