【摘要】：該文基于水足跡視角和空間動態(tài)面板數(shù)據(jù)對城鎮(zhèn)化對水資源利用的影響進行了實證分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):城鎮(zhèn)化和水足跡均存在空間自相關(guān),水足跡存在空間溢出效應(yīng);城鎮(zhèn)化提高了全國和三大地區(qū)水足跡,其通過經(jīng)濟規(guī)模效應(yīng)、人口規(guī)模效應(yīng)、投資拉動效應(yīng)促使水足跡提高,其中東部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的投資拉動效應(yīng)影響水足跡不顯著,通過要素集聚效應(yīng)、人力資本積累效應(yīng)、技術(shù)進步效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)降低了我國和三大地區(qū)水足跡,但全國和中西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的技術(shù)進步效應(yīng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)影響水足跡不顯著;分類型水足跡看,三大地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化均降低了農(nóng)業(yè)用水水足跡,其中東部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的降低作用最大,三大地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化均提高了工業(yè)用水水足跡、生活用水水足跡、生態(tài)環(huán)境補水水足跡、水污染足跡,其中東部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的提高作用最小,另該地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化導(dǎo)致虛擬水水足跡下降,中西部地區(qū)結(jié)論與之相反。因此,提高城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量,落實新型城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略,更加有效合理地利用水資源,顯得十分必要。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of water footprint and spatial dynamic panel data, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the impact of urbanization on water resources utilization. The results show that urbanization and water footprint have spatial autocorrelation, water footprint has spatial spillover effect, urbanization has improved the water footprint of the whole country and three major regions, and it has the effect of economic scale and population scale. The investment pull effect promotes the increase of water footprint, in which the investment pull effect of urbanization in the eastern region is not significant, through the factor agglomeration effect, the human capital accumulation effect, the technological progress effect. The industrial structure effect has reduced the water footprint of China and the three major regions, but the technological progress effect and the industrial structure effect of urbanization in China and the central and western regions have little effect on the water footprint. The urbanization in the three regions has reduced the water footprint of agriculture, and the urbanization in the east has the greatest effect. The urbanization in the three regions has increased the footprint of industrial water, domestic water and ecological environment. The water pollution footprint is the least in the eastern part of the region, and the virtual water footprint is decreased due to the urbanization in this region. The conclusion of the central and western regions is opposite. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of urbanization, implement new urbanization strategy and make more effective and rational use of water resources.
