【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化過程與經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型過程密切相關(guān)。現(xiàn)代國家的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展出現(xiàn)路徑分化,一部分國家實現(xiàn)了高度城鎮(zhèn)化伴隨著高收入化,一部分國家高度城鎮(zhèn)化卻陷入中等收入陷阱。數(shù)據(jù)表明生產(chǎn)率分是不同城鎮(zhèn)化的主要原因,提高生產(chǎn)率順利實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級是城鎮(zhèn)化成功的關(guān)鍵。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)是提高服務(wù)業(yè)效率和競爭力的重要抓手,正確的工業(yè)化發(fā)展道路是經(jīng)濟追趕型國家城鎮(zhèn)化成功的基礎(chǔ)。無就業(yè)支撐的城鎮(zhèn)化產(chǎn)生的深層次原因是制度供給不足、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略失誤和宏觀經(jīng)濟不穩(wěn)定。中國城鎮(zhèn)化過程中產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展要注重農(nóng)村勞動力向城市部門的有序轉(zhuǎn)移;提升制造業(yè)競爭力,適時推動產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和梯度轉(zhuǎn)移;注重不同區(qū)域、不同規(guī)模城市間的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工;保持宏觀經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定增長,保障城鎮(zhèn)化健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The process of urbanization is closely related to the process of economic structural transformation. The development of urbanization in modern countries has appeared path differentiation. Some countries have achieved high urbanization accompanied by high income, while others have fallen into the middle income trap. The data show that productivity is the main reason for different urbanization, and the key to the success of urbanization is to improve productivity and realize the upgrading of industrial structure smoothly. Producer service industry is an important hand to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of service industry. The correct road of industrialization development is the basis for the success of urbanization in the economic catch-up countries. The deep causes of the urbanization without employment support are the insufficiency of system supply, the failure of development strategy and the instability of macro economy. In the process of urbanization in China, the industrial development should pay attention to the orderly transfer of rural labor force to the urban sector, enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing industry, promote the upgrading and gradient transfer of industry in time, pay attention to the industrial division of labor among different regions and cities of different sizes. Maintaining stable macroeconomic growth to ensure a healthy and sustainable development of urbanization.
