【摘要】：為探究人口規(guī)模、收入水平、消費傾向、節(jié)能政策和技術(shù)等因素對中國城鎮(zhèn)生活能源消費的影響,基于拓展的STIRPAT模型并運用2000~2013年中國省際面板數(shù)據(jù)對各影響因素的效應(yīng)進行評估。結(jié)果顯示:城鎮(zhèn)生活能源強度、城鎮(zhèn)居民消費傾向、人均可支配收入、城鎮(zhèn)化率、總?cè)丝�、政策綜合力度6個因素的增長率每變化1%,將會引起城鎮(zhèn)生活能源消費量增長率0.9322%、0.8537%、(0.559 2+0.169 2 ln DI)%、0.599 8%、0.408 0%、-0.012 0%的變化,表明除節(jié)能政策外,其余5因素均正向促進城鎮(zhèn)生活能耗增長。其中生活能源強度對城鎮(zhèn)生活能耗影響最大,節(jié)能政策雖會抑制城鎮(zhèn)生活能耗增長,但作用較為微弱。政府需繼續(xù)加強節(jié)能政策綜合實施力度,從而實現(xiàn)生活能源消費領(lǐng)域的節(jié)能減排。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the impact of population size, income level, consumption tendency, energy conservation policy and technology on the energy consumption of urban life in China, Based on the extended STIRPAT model and using the Chinese provincial panel data from 2000 to 2013, the effects of various factors are evaluated. The results show that: energy intensity of urban life, consumption tendency of urban residents, per capita disposable income, urbanization rate, total population, Each change of the growth rate of 6 factors of policy synthesis strength will cause the increase rate of energy consumption in cities and towns to be 0.932 22 and 0.853737, which will cause the change of 0.559 2 0.169 2 ln DIN and 0.599 8% 0.408 0% -0.0120%, which indicates that all the other five factors, except the energy saving policy, are promoting the increase of energy consumption in cities and towns. The energy intensity of living energy has the biggest influence on the energy consumption of urban life. Although the energy saving policy will restrain the growth of energy consumption of urban life, the effect is weak. The government should continue to strengthen the comprehensive implementation of energy conservation policies, so as to achieve energy saving and emission reduction in the area of domestic energy consumption.
