長(zhǎng)江中游城市群城市中心性研究

【摘要】:城市的中心性反映一個(gè)城市為其以外地區(qū)提供服務(wù)的相對(duì)重要性。本文以長(zhǎng)江中游城市群各城市統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)、統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒為基礎(chǔ),利用熵值法、ArcGis空間分析等計(jì)量方法,對(duì)2005-2014年城市群城市中心性進(jìn)行綜合分析,從整體、區(qū)域和城市群三個(gè)方面對(duì)其中心性進(jìn)行了全面評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:(1)地市尺度中,對(duì)城市中心地位評(píng)價(jià),從時(shí)間變化來(lái)看,武漢市、長(zhǎng)沙市和南昌市城市中心地位較高。孝感市、湘潭市和荊門(mén)市城市中心地位提升較快,荊州市城市中心地位下降較快。從空間變化來(lái)看,武漢市憑借卓越區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、雄厚經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力和龐大科教資源,成為長(zhǎng)江中游城市群的首位城市。對(duì)城市基本職能評(píng)價(jià),從時(shí)間變化來(lái)看,各地市生產(chǎn)職能、商貿(mào)職能、信息職能、交通職能、金融職能、科教職能、文化職能、醫(yī)療職能均有所提升。生產(chǎn)職能、商貿(mào)職能和交通職能提升明顯,而文化、醫(yī)療和金融等職能提升較慢。從空間變化來(lái)看,武漢市、長(zhǎng)沙市和南昌市城市各項(xiàng)職能突出并且提升較快,城市基本職能發(fā)育較為完全,屬于綜合性城市,其余城市與之對(duì)比,城市職能發(fā)育較弱。對(duì)城市等級(jí)體系評(píng)價(jià),武漢市和長(zhǎng)沙市屬于一級(jí)中心中心,南昌市等13個(gè)城市為二級(jí)中心城市,仙桃等16個(gè)城市是三級(jí)中心城市。(2)區(qū)域尺度中,分別從武漢城市圈、環(huán)長(zhǎng)株潭城市群和環(huán)鄱陽(yáng)湖城市群三個(gè)區(qū)域展開(kāi)城市中心性評(píng)價(jià)。從時(shí)序演化來(lái)看,武漢城市圈城市中心性差異最大,平均中心性和中心性差異都呈緩慢性上升趨勢(shì);環(huán)長(zhǎng)株潭城市群城市平均中心性較高,平均中心性和中心性差異均呈現(xiàn)緩慢上升趨勢(shì);環(huán)鄱陽(yáng)湖城市群城市平均中心性最低,呈現(xiàn)緩慢上升趨勢(shì),但其中心性差異較小且呈現(xiàn)逐漸縮小趨勢(shì)。從空間分布來(lái)看,武漢城市圈、環(huán)長(zhǎng)株潭城市群和環(huán)鄱陽(yáng)湖城市群城市中心性分布均呈現(xiàn)“核心-邊緣”結(jié)構(gòu),其中,武漢城市圈城市中心性存在兩極分化現(xiàn)象,分布極不均衡;環(huán)長(zhǎng)株潭城市群東部城市中心性遠(yuǎn)高于西部城市;環(huán)鄱陽(yáng)湖城市群城市中心性相較于武漢城市圈和環(huán)長(zhǎng)株潭城市群分布更為均衡,過(guò)渡平緩。(3)城市群尺度中,對(duì)長(zhǎng)江中游城市群城市中心性評(píng)價(jià),在時(shí)序演化上,其中心性差異總體呈現(xiàn)擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì)。在空間演化上,其中心性空間分布呈現(xiàn)離散化特征,中心城市處于“孤島”狀態(tài),空間呈現(xiàn)武漢市和南昌市“雙核分散”向武漢市、長(zhǎng)沙市、南昌市“三核分散”的發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變。(4)根據(jù)長(zhǎng)江中游城市群城市中心性評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,從地區(qū)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展和服務(wù)共享共建三個(gè)角度提出了發(fā)展對(duì)策研究。
[Abstract]:The centrality of the city reflects the relative importance of a city providing services for other areas. This paper, based on the statistical data of the cities of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, based on the statistical yearbook, uses entropy method and ArcGis spatial analysis to analyze the urban centrality of the urban agglomeration in 2005-2014 years, from the whole, the region and the city group three. The results showed that: (1) in the city scale, the city center status of Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang was higher in the city center status evaluation. The city center status of Xiaogan City, Xiangtan city and Jingmen city was faster, and the city center status of Jingzhou city decreased rapidly. From the space change, the city center status of Jingzhou city decreased. As a result, Wuhan has become the first city of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River by virtue of its superior location advantages, strong economic strength and large science and education resources. The evaluation of the basic functions of the city has made the city's production functions, trade functions, information functions, traffic functions, financial functions, science and education functions, culture functions and medical functions from time to time. The functions of production, trade and transportation have been promoted obviously, and the functions of culture, medicine and finance have been promoted slowly. From the view of spatial change, the functions of Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang cities are prominent and faster, and the basic functions of the cities are more fully developed, and the other cities are compared with them, and the city functions are compared. To evaluate the urban hierarchy, Wuhan and Changsha are the Central Center, 13 cities such as Nanchang and other cities are two central cities, and the 16 cities of Xiantao are three central cities. (2) in the regional scale, the urban centrality evaluation is carried out from the Wuhan city circle, the ring long Zhuzhou Xiangtan urban agglomeration and the ring Poyang Lake urban group. In terms of time series evolution, Wuhan city circle city has the largest centrality difference, the average centrality and centrality show a slow rising trend, the urban average centrality of the city group in the ring Chang Zhu Tan city group is higher, the average centrality and the central difference both show a slow rising trend, and the average centrality of the urban agglomeration in the ring Poyang Lake city is the lowest, showing the slowness. In terms of spatial distribution, the central distribution of Wuhan city circle, ring long Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration and Poyang Lake urban agglomeration has a "core edge" structure, in which the urban centrality of Wuhan city circle is polarized, and the distribution is extremely uneven; The central nature of the eastern city group of Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration is far higher than that of the western city, and the centrality of the urban agglomeration in the ring Poyang Lake city is more balanced than the Wuhan city circle and the ring Chang Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration. (3) the central evaluation of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in the urban agglomeration scale, in the time sequence evolution, the heart difference is generally expanded. Trend. In space evolution, the spatial distribution of the heart is discretized, the central city is in the state of "isolated island", and the space presents the transformation of "double core dispersion" in Wuhan and Nanchang to Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang "three nuclear decentralization". (4) according to the centrality evaluation process of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River From the three perspectives of regional coordinated development, industrial collaborative development and service sharing and co construction, the development countermeasures are put forward.
