【摘要】：當(dāng)前創(chuàng)新理論研究中,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性與績效關(guān)系的機(jī)理未達(dá)成一致意見,缺乏一個系統(tǒng)、客觀的總結(jié)與評價。本文運(yùn)用元分析方法對52篇有關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性與績效關(guān)系研究文獻(xiàn)的10 365個獨(dú)立樣本進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明:從整體效應(yīng)上看,網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性與企業(yè)績效之間存在正相關(guān)性,且不同類型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性對績效的影響有所差異;網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性測量維度數(shù)目、文獻(xiàn)類型、研究層次和樣本來源對網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性與績效的關(guān)系有著顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。本文采用元分析方法提煉的上述結(jié)論,一定程度上克服了傳統(tǒng)文獻(xiàn)綜述方法缺乏量化支撐的缺陷與主觀性,因而應(yīng)更具有綜合性、普適性。
[Abstract]:In the current research of innovation theory, there is no agreement on the mechanism of the relationship between network embeddedness and performance, and a systematic and objective summary and evaluation is lacking. In this paper, a meta-analysis method is used to analyze 10 365 independent samples of 52 literatures on the relationship between network embeddedness and performance. The results show that there is a positive correlation between network embeddedness and firm performance in terms of overall effect. Different types of network embeddedness have different effects on performance, and the number of dimensions of network embeddedness measurement, literature types, research levels and sample sources have a significant role in regulating the relationship between network embeddedness and performance. In this paper, the conclusion extracted by meta-analysis method overcomes to some extent the defects and subjectivity of the traditional literature review method, which is lack of quantitative support, so it should be more comprehensive and universal.
