【摘要】：運用偏離份額分析法,對河南省2004—2014年7個資源型城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型進行了深入研究。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)采礦業(yè)依然是河南省資源型城市的增長性產(chǎn)業(yè),資源型城市還沒有完全擺脫對資源的依賴,但依賴程度有所下降;采礦業(yè)對資源型城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展貢獻度降低;促進資源型城市經(jīng)濟增長的產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)多元化趨勢。(2)洛陽、平頂山、三門峽3個城市產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型擺脫路徑依賴難度較大,而鶴壁、焦作、濮陽、南陽4個城市擺脫路徑依賴難度相對較小。(3)大部分資源型城市的采礦業(yè)已經(jīng)不具備優(yōu)勢,取而代之的是制造業(yè)和建筑業(yè),表明在研究的兩個時段內(nèi)資源型城市轉(zhuǎn)型取得了一定成效,但這些城市將進一步向科技含量高、附加值高的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:Using the method of deviation share analysis, the industrial transformation of 7 resource-based cities in Henan province from 2004 to 2014 is studied. The results show that: (1) the mining industry is still the growth industry of the resource based cities in Henan Province, and the resource based cities have not completely rid themselves of the dependence on resources, but the dependence degree has decreased; mining industry is a resource type. The contribution degree of urban economic development is reduced, and the industry of promoting the economic growth of resource-based cities is diversified. (2) the industrial transformation of the 3 cities in Luoyang, Pingdingshan and Sanmenxia is difficult to get rid of the path dependence, while the 4 cities in Hebi, Jiaozuo, Puyang and Nanyang are relatively small. (3) the mining industry in most of the resource-based cities has already been used. With no advantage, it is replaced by manufacturing and construction industry, which shows that the transformation of resource-based cities has achieved certain results during the two period of study, but these cities will be further transformed into industries with high scientific and technological content and high value-added.
