【摘要】：踐行綠色發(fā)展理念,釋放和共享生態(tài)紅利,是新時期我國推進"六大建設"、全面建成小康社會的有力支撐。文章通過分析踐行綠色發(fā)展理念的重要途徑和制度舉措,認為我國應通過節(jié)約集約利用資源能源、嚴格控制污染排放、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟結(jié)構、合理調(diào)整空間格局、倡導低碳社會五大途徑,并輔以市場制度和政府制度做重要保障,持續(xù)釋放和共享綠色發(fā)展下的生態(tài)紅利。
[Abstract]:Carrying out the concept of green development and releasing and sharing ecological dividend are the strong support for our country to push forward the "six big construction" and build a well-off society in an all-round way in the new period. Based on the analysis of the important ways and institutional measures of carrying out the concept of green development, this paper holds that our country should economize intensive utilization of resources and energy, strictly control pollution emissions, optimize the industrial economic structure, and rationally adjust the spatial pattern. It advocates five approaches to a low-carbon society, supplemented by market system and government system, to continuously release and share the ecological dividend under green development.
