【摘要】：在全球化背景下,物流產業(yè)集群在全球范圍內加速涌現和快速發(fā)展,不僅成為物流領域的新趨勢,而且成為經濟增長的重要組成部分,對全球化持續(xù)發(fā)展產生深刻影響,甚至成為影響、重塑全球貿易格局和經濟地理的重要推動力。目前湖北省涌現出了一批以物流園區(qū)為主要載體的物流產業(yè)集群,但是在競爭力上難以和世界級的物流產業(yè)集群相媲美,無法形成合力來支撐湖北省物流產業(yè)集群的快速發(fā)展。目前,盡管國內學者已經開始對物流產業(yè)集群競爭力方面進行研究,不過,所進行的研究還處于初級探索階段,基于此,本文以湖北省為研究對象,對其物流產業(yè)集群競爭力及相關問題進行探究,這對推進物流產業(yè)集群實現健康發(fā)展,進而促使湖北省整體經濟獲得穩(wěn)定提升具有非常重要的意義。本文的研究是建立在物流產業(yè)及其群競爭力等原有研究成果上,按照物流集群競爭力的相關內容,界定物流產業(yè)集群競爭力的內涵。然后根據指標體系建立原則,GEM改進模型的基礎上,從六個方面即政府、企業(yè)、市場、資源、設施及創(chuàng)新等進行物流產業(yè)集群競爭力指標體系的構建,深入調查中部六省情況并收集相關的數據資料,借助SPSS軟件對數據進行處理,采用主成分分析方法對湖北省物流產業(yè)集群的競爭力進行評價,并比較及分析中部六省的物流產業(yè)集群競爭力情況。通過上述的分析,最終實證總結發(fā)現,湖北省的物流產業(yè)集群競爭力十分強勢,在中部六省中,占據領先地位,但存在著規(guī)模經濟效應不夠、市場需求不足、物流人才匱乏、政策扶持不足等一系列問題,針對湖北省物流產業(yè)集群中出現的問題,提出了相應的政策建議與對策研究,以此來促進物流產業(yè)集群競爭力水平獲得提升,進而為確保湖北省物流產業(yè)集群實現可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供厚實保障。
[Abstract]:In the context of globalization, logistics industry clusters are emerging and developing rapidly in the global scope, which not only becomes a new trend in the field of logistics, but also an important part of economic growth, and has a profound impact on the sustainable development of globalization. It has even become an important driving force in reshaping global trade patterns and economic geography. At present, a number of logistics industrial clusters with logistics parks as the main carrier have emerged in Hubei Province. However, it is difficult to compete with world-class logistics industry clusters in competitiveness, and can not form a joint force to support the rapid development of logistics industry clusters in Hubei Province. At present, although domestic scholars have begun to study the competitiveness of logistics industry clusters, however, the research carried out is still in the initial stage of exploration. Based on this, this paper takes Hubei Province as the research object. This paper probes into the competitiveness of logistics industry cluster and its related problems, which is of great significance to promote the healthy development of logistics industry cluster and promote the whole economy of Hubei Province to obtain stable promotion. The research of this paper is based on the original research results of logistics industry and its cluster competitiveness, according to the relevant content of logistics cluster competitiveness, define the connotation of logistics industry cluster competitiveness. Then, on the basis of establishing the improved model of gem according to the principle of index system, this paper constructs the competitiveness index system of logistics industry cluster from six aspects, namely government, enterprise, market, resources, facilities and innovation, etc. Deeply investigate the situation of six provinces in central China, collect relevant data, process the data with the help of SPSS software, and evaluate the competitiveness of Hubei logistics industry cluster by principal component analysis (PCA). And compare and analyze the competitiveness of logistics industry cluster in six central provinces. Through the above analysis, it is found that the competitiveness of logistics industry cluster in Hubei Province is very strong, which occupies the leading position in the six central provinces, but there are not enough economies of scale, insufficient market demand, and lack of logistics talents. A series of problems, such as insufficient policy support, are put forward in order to promote the competitiveness of logistics industrial clusters, aiming at the problems in Hubei logistics industry cluster. Furthermore, it provides a solid guarantee to ensure the sustainable development of Hubei logistics industry cluster.
