【摘要】：隨著保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,保險(xiǎn)公司手中擁有的資金也越來越多,如何利用這些資金成為保險(xiǎn)公司首要思考的問題。近幾年來,我國正處在加速老齡化階段,養(yǎng)老問題亟待解決,養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。2009年新保險(xiǎn)法的頒布,保險(xiǎn)公司可以進(jìn)行不動(dòng)產(chǎn)投資,拓寬了保險(xiǎn)公司投資渠道。養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)與養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)和房地產(chǎn)都有密切的聯(lián)系,投資養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)可以為國家公共事業(yè)做貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)也可以獲得利潤。投資養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)對(duì)保險(xiǎn)公司而言是一個(gè)好的投資渠道。
[Abstract]:With the development of insurance industry, insurance companies have more and more funds in their hands. In recent years, our country is in the accelerated aging stage, the pension problem needs to be solved urgently, the pension real estate emerges as the times require. With the promulgation of the new insurance law in 2009, insurance companies can invest in real estate and broaden the investment channels of insurance companies. Pension real estate and pension insurance and real estate are closely linked, investment in pension property can contribute to the national public utility, but also can make a profit. Investment in endowment real estate is a good investment channel for insurance companies.
