【摘要】：近年來,隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,過去忽視環(huán)境保護(hù)帶來的負(fù)面效應(yīng)逐步顯現(xiàn)。隨著企業(yè)全球化步伐的不斷加快,企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理也變得越來越重要。隨著企業(yè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)爭(zhēng)奪的不斷升級(jí),企業(yè)為了爭(zhēng)奪某些有限的資源、亦或是獲得寶貴的市場(chǎng)份額,其相互之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得愈發(fā)激烈。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理是以企業(yè)常規(guī)系統(tǒng)管理為依據(jù)的,并在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中起主導(dǎo)作用。江西Y節(jié)能環(huán)保科技股份有限公司是在國(guó)內(nèi)具有一定知名度的以“節(jié)能減排、資源優(yōu)化”為宗旨的一家高科技技術(shù)服務(wù)公司。江西Y環(huán)保公司面臨的問題,主要有以下幾個(gè)方面,財(cái)務(wù)資源方面,主要有盈利能力、償債能力、營(yíng)運(yùn)能力,融資能力等方面資源不足;公司人力資源相對(duì)匾乏,人才結(jié)構(gòu)尤其在年齡結(jié)構(gòu)及學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)等方面不合理,缺乏對(duì)企業(yè)高層管理人員的儲(chǔ)備;企業(yè)文化方面的建設(shè)還處在起步階段,無意識(shí)的企業(yè)文化工作并沒有形成相關(guān)的規(guī)章制度,所以隨意性較大。目前公司的發(fā)展面臨著巨大的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),公司項(xiàng)目收益較好、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷能力較強(qiáng)、有良好的持續(xù)研發(fā)能力、公司具有較強(qiáng)的融資能力、公司核心管理團(tuán)隊(duì)比較穩(wěn)定,有凝聚力。但是規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì)尚不明顯、償債能力較弱、人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)有待調(diào)整、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)相對(duì)薄弱。因此必須要強(qiáng)化融資渠道管理能力、實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整與優(yōu)化、加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè)與執(zhí)行、提高研發(fā)管理水平、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。本文在戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合Y環(huán)保公司的實(shí)際,制定Y環(huán)保公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為Y環(huán)保公司的發(fā)展提供借鑒。Y公司如果能實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,必定也會(huì)迎來新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,發(fā)掘更大的市場(chǎng)潛力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the negative effects of ignoring environmental protection in the past gradually appear. With the accelerating pace of enterprise globalization, the strategic management of enterprises has become more and more important. With the continuous escalation of enterprises' competition for the market, the competition between enterprises becomes more and more intense in order to compete for some limited resources or gain valuable market share. Enterprise strategic management is based on conventional system management and plays a leading role in production and management activities. Jiangxi Y Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech service company with the aim of "energy saving and emission reduction, resource optimization". The problems faced by Jiangxi Y Environmental Protection Company are mainly in the following aspects: financial resources, mainly profitability, solvency, operating capacity, financing ability, etc. The company's human resources are relatively scarce. The talent structure, especially in the aspects of age structure and educational background structure, is unreasonable and lacks the reserve of senior management personnel. The construction of corporate culture is still in its infancy. The unconscious enterprise culture work has not formed the related rules and regulations, therefore the arbitrariness is bigger. At present, the development of the company is faced with great opportunities and challenges. The company has good project income, strong marketing ability, good continuous R & D capability, strong financing ability and stable core management team. There is cohesion. But the scale advantage is not obvious, the debt service ability is weak, the human resource structure needs to be adjusted, and the enterprise culture construction is relatively weak. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management ability of financing channels, realize the adjustment and optimization of human resource structure, strengthen the system construction and implementation, improve the level of R & D management, and strengthen the construction of enterprise culture. Based on the theory of strategic planning and the reality of Y environmental protection company, this paper formulates the development strategy of Y environmental protection company, which can provide reference for the development of Y environmental protection company. If Y company can realize the development strategy, it will certainly usher in new development opportunities. Explore greater market potential.
