【摘要】:我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的既定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略包括環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)、建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型,同樣是實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本途徑。那么實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)兩型社會(huì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的根本舉措即是節(jié)能減排,技術(shù)節(jié)能可以說(shuō)是實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排的關(guān)鍵步驟。隨著科技的進(jìn)步,信息化的發(fā)展,許多節(jié)能公司大批量的涌現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)上。而且節(jié)能公司也不只是擁有單一的業(yè)務(wù),而是慢慢的增加節(jié)能技術(shù)的種類(lèi)。節(jié)能事業(yè)未來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),必將是綜合節(jié)能技術(shù)和實(shí)力的較量,而“節(jié)能超市”也將是節(jié)能發(fā)展的必然走勢(shì)。因此,本文以寧夏節(jié)能公司節(jié)能環(huán)保體驗(yàn)超市為研究案例,通過(guò)對(duì)寧夏節(jié)能公司節(jié)能環(huán)保體驗(yàn)超市經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅;進(jìn)而提出利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)寧夏節(jié)能公司節(jié)能環(huán)保體驗(yàn)超市的綜合效益進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);最終提出提升寧夏節(jié)能環(huán)保體驗(yàn)超市效益的策略。針對(duì)目前寧夏節(jié)能服務(wù)行業(yè)如何整合節(jié)能產(chǎn)業(yè)資源優(yōu)勢(shì),拓展新型的電力節(jié)能服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)模式,更好的在全社會(huì)范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)電能替代節(jié)能減排的問(wèn)題,本文擬采用內(nèi)容分析法、案例分析法、數(shù)據(jù)分析、SWOT分析等研究方法廣泛論證,并通過(guò)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,分析“節(jié)能超市”項(xiàng)目落地寧夏建設(shè)實(shí)施的意義、可行性,討論確定節(jié)能超市建設(shè)基本定位、總體建設(shè)思路及原則、發(fā)展規(guī)劃、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理方式等,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目預(yù)期效益進(jìn)行分析。以期通過(guò)節(jié)能超市銷(xiāo)售節(jié)能產(chǎn)品,推廣電力節(jié)能改造項(xiàng)目,還能為公司開(kāi)創(chuàng)新的業(yè)務(wù)盈利領(lǐng)域,促進(jìn)電力節(jié)能服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。而西北首創(chuàng)的節(jié)能環(huán)保體驗(yàn)超市模式,也將對(duì)整個(gè)西北地區(qū)節(jié)能服務(wù)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展起到重要的創(chuàng)新示范作用。
[Abstract]:The established development strategy of our country's social economy includes the environment friendly society and the construction of resource saving type. It is also the fundamental way to realize the sustainable development of the economy and society. Then the fundamental measure to realize the construction of the two type social development strategy is energy saving and emission reduction, and the technology energy saving can be said to be the key step to realize the energy saving and emission reduction. Step, the development of information technology, many energy saving companies are pouring into the market in large quantities. And energy saving companies are not only having a single business, but slowly increasing the type of energy saving technology. The future competition of energy saving is bound to be the competition of comprehensive energy saving technology and strength, and "energy saving supermarket" will also be the inevitable trend of energy conservation development. Therefore, this article takes the energy saving and environmental protection experience supermarket of Ningxia energy saving company as the research case, through the investigation and analysis of the operation status of the energy saving and environmental protection experience supermarket in Ningxia energy saving company, and finds its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and then puts forward the comprehensive effect of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system on the energy saving and environmental experience supermarket of Ningxia energy saving company. In order to improve the energy saving and environmental experience of the supermarket in Ningxia, this paper aims at how to integrate the resources advantage of energy saving industry in the energy saving service industry in Ningxia, expand the new service mode of electric power saving service, and better realize the energy saving and emission reduction in the whole society. The content analysis method is adopted in this paper. The research methods such as case analysis, data analysis and SWOT analysis are widely discussed. Through market research, we analyze the significance and feasibility of the implementation of the "energy-saving supermarket" project in Ningxia, and discuss the basic positioning of the construction of the energy-saving supermarket, the idea and principle of the overall construction, the development plan, the operation management mode and so on, and the expected benefit of the project. In order to sell energy saving products through energy saving supermarket, promote the power conservation reform project, open up the innovative business profit field for the company, promote the development of power saving service business. And the model of energy-saving and environmental protection experience supermarket first created in the northwest will also play an important innovation demonstration to the development of the whole northwest area service product. Use.
