【摘要】：市場(chǎng)在資源配置中如何發(fā)揮決定作用是當(dāng)前學(xué)界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)之一,探討市場(chǎng)配置資源作用的歷史演進(jìn),能夠深化對(duì)市場(chǎng)在我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段功能定位的理解。在工業(yè)社會(huì)時(shí)期,市場(chǎng)配置資源作用是在信息不對(duì)稱條件下進(jìn)行的,其驅(qū)動(dòng)力是市場(chǎng)機(jī)制的綜合效應(yīng)。在信息時(shí)代,信息對(duì)稱性增強(qiáng),人們的需求日益?zhèn)�性化、多樣化,應(yīng)以開放、發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新的眼光看待市場(chǎng)配置資源的作用機(jī)理。市場(chǎng)配置資源是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的過程,作用在微觀操作層次。市場(chǎng)配置資源的實(shí)質(zhì)是對(duì)社會(huì)必要?jiǎng)趧?dòng)時(shí)間的配置。市場(chǎng)在資源配置中的決定作用具有歷史性,在我國(guó)社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段,應(yīng)以基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度為基礎(chǔ),以平衡協(xié)調(diào)為約束,以互利共贏為目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:How the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources is one of the hotspots that the academic circles pay close attention to at present. To probe into the historical evolution of the role of the market in allocating resources can deepen the understanding of the function orientation of the market at the present stage of our country. In the period of industrial society, the role of market allocation of resources is carried out under the condition of asymmetric information, and its driving force is the comprehensive effect of market mechanism. In the information age, with the enhancement of information symmetry and the increasing individuation and diversification of people's needs, the mechanism of market allocation of resources should be viewed from the perspective of openness, development and innovation. Market allocation of resources is a dynamic process, the role of micro-level operation. The essence of market allocation of resources is the allocation of necessary labor time. The decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources is historic. In the primary stage of socialism in our country, we should take the basic economic system as the foundation, take the balance and coordination as the restraint, and take the mutual benefit as the goal.
