【摘要】：針對(duì)不動(dòng)產(chǎn)統(tǒng)一登記平臺(tái)建設(shè)問題,該文以江西省,不動(dòng)產(chǎn)登記平臺(tái)建設(shè)為例從多源不動(dòng)產(chǎn)登記信息數(shù)據(jù)的整合、不動(dòng)產(chǎn)統(tǒng)一登記平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)方面開展。對(duì)土地、房產(chǎn)、草原、林地、海域等多行業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理、整合,形成統(tǒng)一的不動(dòng)產(chǎn)登記數(shù)據(jù)庫。平臺(tái)總體框架由基礎(chǔ)保障系統(tǒng)、不動(dòng)產(chǎn)歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫、共享服務(wù)平臺(tái)、數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)、政務(wù)基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái)、登記信息管理平臺(tái)、登記信息公示平臺(tái)7部分組成。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the construction of real estate unified registration platform, this paper takes Jiangxi Province as an example to develop the integration of multi-source real estate registration information data and the design and implementation of real estate unified registration platform. The data of land, real estate, grassland, woodland, sea area and so on are arranged and integrated to form a unified database of real estate registration. The overall framework of the platform consists of seven parts: basic security system, real estate history database, shared service platform, data management platform, government basic platform, registration information management platform and registration information publicity platform.
