【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的不斷加快的過程中,城市群逐漸興起,發(fā)展迅速,許多國家正在利用城市群參與到國際競爭中去,城市群一體化也逐漸成為地區(qū)發(fā)展不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的潮流。中國改革開放以來,長三角、珠三角、京津冀三大城市群迅速發(fā)展,但與長三角和珠三角相比,京津冀城市群的總體發(fā)展有些落后,其一體化進(jìn)程也十分緩慢,在經(jīng)濟(jì)、市場、交通、公共服務(wù)與生態(tài)環(huán)境等方面與長三角、珠三角均存在不同程度的差距。因此,如何加快轉(zhuǎn)變京津冀城市群的發(fā)展方式,加速其一體化進(jìn)程,是一個(gè)嚴(yán)峻的問題,也具有十分重要的意義。本論文在研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及近期學(xué)術(shù)動態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)上,對國內(nèi)外城市群一體化理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)和探討,結(jié)合京津冀城市群的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對城市群一體化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行研究,本文主要分為以下幾個(gè)部分:第一章作為緒論,說明了選題的背景與意義、并且敘述了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀等;第二章從整體上把握京津冀城市群一體化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并進(jìn)行城市群一體化的必要性與可行性分析;第三章、第四章是本文的核心部分,其中第三章運(yùn)用科學(xué)可行的方法建立城市群一體化評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;第四章利用熵權(quán)法對各個(gè)指標(biāo)賦予權(quán)重,求出在經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、交通、公共服務(wù)、生態(tài)環(huán)境等五個(gè)方面的得分以及一體化水平的綜合得分,通過與長三角一體化水平進(jìn)行對比來分析京津冀城市群一體化的水平;第五章利用SWOT分析法明確京津冀城市群一體化過程中存在的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),為進(jìn)一步評價(jià)京津冀城市群一體化水平奠定基礎(chǔ);第六章為結(jié)論性探討,在具體分析以上問題之后,針對性的提出政策建議,為加速京津冀城市群一體化進(jìn)程提供一些參考建議。本文的研究結(jié)論對分析京津冀城市群一體化現(xiàn)狀,明確京津冀城市群一體化的進(jìn)程具有重要的意義,同時(shí)為京津冀各城市之間加強(qiáng)分工合作,提高區(qū)域整體競爭力方面提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、科學(xué)依據(jù)與政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the process of accelerating the process of economic globalization, urban agglomeration is gradually rising and developing rapidly. Many countries are taking advantage of urban agglomeration to participate in international competition, and urban agglomeration integration has gradually become an irreversible trend of regional development. Since China's reform and opening up, the three urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have developed rapidly. However, compared with the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, the overall development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is somewhat backward, and its integration process is also very slow. In the economy and the market, Traffic, public service and ecological environment are different from the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. Therefore, how to speed up the transformation of the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and accelerate its integration process is a severe problem and has a very important significance. Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature and recent academic developments, this paper summarizes and discusses the theory of urban agglomeration integration at home and abroad, and studies the development of urban agglomeration in combination with the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. This paper is divided into the following parts: the first chapter as an introduction, explains the background and significance of the topic, and describes the current research situation at home and abroad, the second chapter from the overall grasp of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration integration development, The third chapter, the fourth chapter is the core part of this paper, in which the third chapter uses scientific and feasible methods to establish the evaluation index system of urban agglomeration integration. The fourth chapter gives weight to each index by using entropy weight method, and obtains the score of economy, culture, transportation, public service, ecological environment and the comprehensive score of integration level. The fifth chapter analyzes the integration level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration by comparing with the integration level of the Yangtze River Delta. Chapter five uses the SWOT analysis method to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in the integration process of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. In order to further evaluate the integration level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, the sixth chapter is the conclusion of the discussion, after the specific analysis of the above issues, targeted policy recommendations, To speed up the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei urban agglomeration provides some reference suggestions. The conclusion of this paper is of great significance to analyze the present situation of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, to clarify the process of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, and to strengthen the division of labor and cooperation among the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities. Improve the overall competitiveness of the region to provide basic data, scientific basis and policy recommendations.
