【摘要】：近年來,世界范圍內(nèi)食品安全事件屢見不鮮,引起各國政府的高度重視,并出臺了豐富多樣的法律法規(guī)和治理措施。其中,歐盟被公認(rèn)為具有最為完善的食品質(zhì)量安全政策體系和監(jiān)控機(jī)制。文章對歐盟的食品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定、認(rèn)證體系的構(gòu)建、監(jiān)管政策的實施情況以及對相關(guān)參與主體的影響等進(jìn)行介紹分析,最后闡述其對我國食品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管體系建設(shè)的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, food safety events in the world are common, which have aroused great attention from all governments, and have introduced rich and diverse laws and regulations and measures. The European Union is recognized as the most perfect food quality and safety policy system and monitoring mechanism. The article has made the formulation of the EU's food quality standards and the certification system. The construction, the implementation of the regulatory policy and the impact on the related participants are introduced and analyzed. Finally, the implications for the construction of China's food quality and safety supervision system are expounded.
