【摘要】:道路客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)是滿足人們對(duì)快速運(yùn)輸服務(wù)的一種新的服務(wù)形式,繼華中道路客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)聯(lián)盟建立以來(lái),據(jù)2016年數(shù)據(jù),送貨成本減少30%左右,貨運(yùn)量將增長(zhǎng)40%。我國(guó)客運(yùn)企業(yè)紛紛致力于解決專線運(yùn)營(yíng)模式下的過度競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、利潤(rùn)攤薄等發(fā)展瓶頸問題,尋求聯(lián)盟模式下的客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展模式。論文針對(duì)聯(lián)盟模式下客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃編制方法進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)于解決聯(lián)盟模式下的客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)一體化調(diào)度問題具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文首先界定了客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)聯(lián)盟,給出聯(lián)盟成員條件;劃分運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃編制決策階段;給出運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃編制各階段重要參數(shù)的確定方法。然后,重點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了聯(lián)盟模式下客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃調(diào)度模型。提出了基于優(yōu)先級(jí)的小件任務(wù)組分配策略,符合承運(yùn)商根據(jù)小件任務(wù)優(yōu)先級(jí)分派小件的實(shí)際情況。為提高客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)聯(lián)盟的服務(wù)水平,增加競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),重點(diǎn)建立了集成化的客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)聯(lián)盟運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃調(diào)度模型,該模型綜合考慮乘客流量和小件流量對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃的影響,建立了轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)量最大和運(yùn)營(yíng)成本最小雙目標(biāo)TT-VS-CS集成化的運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃調(diào)度模型,同時(shí)給出了班次、車型、駕駛員和彈性離站時(shí)間窗等約束條件。最后,進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。建立了以遼寧虎躍集團(tuán)為集成商、8家干線運(yùn)輸企業(yè)為承運(yùn)商的遼寧客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)干線聯(lián)盟,運(yùn)用所提出的集成化的運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃編制方法和調(diào)度模型,給出了該聯(lián)盟的運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃。論文提出的聯(lián)盟模式下客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃調(diào)度模型,對(duì)于解決一體化運(yùn)營(yíng)所涉及的任務(wù)動(dòng)態(tài)分配、行車時(shí)刻表制定和資源配置三個(gè)核心問題,為客運(yùn)小件快運(yùn)聯(lián)盟合理地制定運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃提供了方法支持,具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Small package express for road passenger transport is a new service form to meet people's rapid transportation service. Following the establishment of China Central China Road passenger Transport Express Alliance, according to 2016 data, delivery costs will be reduced by about 30 percent, and freight volume will increase by 40 percent. China's passenger transport enterprises have been committed to solve the excessive competition, profit dilution and other development bottlenecks under the mode of special line operation, and seek the development mode of passenger transport small piece express service network under the alliance mode. In this paper, the research on the compilation method of passenger small part Express Operation Plan in alliance mode is of practical significance for solving the problem of integrated dispatch of passenger small parts express transportation in alliance mode. Firstly, the paper defines the small passenger express transportation alliance, gives the membership conditions of the alliance, divides the decision stage of the business plan preparation, and gives the method of determining the important parameters in each stage of the business plan preparation. Then, the scheduling model of passenger small-piece express operation plan under alliance mode is constructed. A priority based assignment strategy for small task groups is proposed, which is in line with the actual situation that the carrier allocates small pieces according to the priority of small tasks. In order to improve the service level and increase the competitive advantage of the small passenger express transportation alliance, an integrated scheduling model for the operation plan of the small part express transportation alliance is established. The model considers the influence of passenger flow and small piece flow on the operation plan. A dual objective TT-VS-CS integrated scheduling model with maximum transshipment volume and minimum operating cost is established, and the constraints such as shift, vehicle model, driver and flexible off-station time window are given. Finally, empirical research is carried out. In this paper, Liaoning Huyue Group is taken as the integrator and 8 trunk transportation enterprises are taken as carriers. The alliance of Liaoning small passenger express trunk line is established, and the operation plan of the alliance is given by using the integrated operation plan compilation method and scheduling model put forward by the paper. In this paper, the scheduling model of passenger small-piece express operation plan under alliance mode is proposed, which can solve the three core problems of integrated operation, such as the dynamic assignment of tasks, the establishment of train timetable and the allocation of resources. It provides the method support for the small passenger express transportation alliance to make the operation plan reasonably, and has the reference significance.
