【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化是以城鄉(xiāng)一體化、產(chǎn)城互動(dòng)、節(jié)約集約、生態(tài)宜居、和諧發(fā)展為發(fā)展目標(biāo)的城鎮(zhèn)化。新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展加快了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型,推動(dòng)了區(qū)域發(fā)展,是保持經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展的引擎,是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的必然選擇,也是遼寧省轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,尋求新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的必然選擇。改革開放以來,遼寧城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)取得較大成就,然而在快速城鎮(zhèn)化過程中也出現(xiàn)了一些問題,諸如:產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度不高,城鎮(zhèn)化區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡,半城鎮(zhèn)化等一系列產(chǎn)業(yè)、城市、人之間的城鎮(zhèn)化問題,嚴(yán)重影響了城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量。而產(chǎn)城融合的發(fā)展,即產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市的融合發(fā)展,強(qiáng)調(diào)通過產(chǎn)業(yè)、城市、人三者之間相互融合,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)城市與產(chǎn)業(yè)的良性循環(huán)。研究產(chǎn)城融合的發(fā)展,對解決現(xiàn)階段遼寧省新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展過程中的問題,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量,具有重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。全文共分了正文五章及結(jié)論六個(gè)部分。第一部分緒言,介紹了選題背景及意義,包括國內(nèi)外有關(guān)“城鎮(zhèn)化”及“產(chǎn)城融合”的相關(guān)研究,對相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理;并指出了本論文研究的主要內(nèi)容及方法。第二部分為相關(guān)概念及理論基礎(chǔ),一方面涵蓋了新型城鎮(zhèn)化及新型城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量內(nèi)涵,產(chǎn)城融合及產(chǎn)城融合內(nèi)涵的理解,并提出了本文對于城鎮(zhèn)化及城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量發(fā)展及產(chǎn)城融內(nèi)涵的理解;另一方面介紹了產(chǎn)城融合對新型城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的作用機(jī)理。第三部分,首先對遼寧省新型城鎮(zhèn)化及產(chǎn)城融合的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,再對遼寧省新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展及產(chǎn)城融合發(fā)展現(xiàn)存的主要問題進(jìn)行梳理。第四部分是本章的重點(diǎn),利用SPSS17.0的因子分析法確定遼寧省新型城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量測度體系,后用熵值法對新型城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量進(jìn)行相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)。通過對遼寧省14個(gè)城市新型城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果分析城鎮(zhèn)化現(xiàn)存的問題及產(chǎn)城融合對遼寧省城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的影響。第五部分,在分析了產(chǎn)城融合對遼寧省新型城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的影響的前提下,提出加快產(chǎn)城融合提升遼寧省新型城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的相關(guān)對策。第六部分是論文的結(jié)論部分。
[Abstract]:The new type of urbanization is the urbanization which takes the integration of urban and rural areas, the interaction of production and city, the saving and intensive, the ecological livability and the harmonious development as the development goal. The development of new urbanization accelerates the transformation of industrial structure, promotes regional development, is the engine to maintain healthy economic development, is the inevitable choice for the adjustment of China's economic structure, and is also the transformation of traditional economic development model in Liaoning Province. The inevitable choice of seeking new economic development model. Since the reform and opening up, Liaoning has made great achievements in urbanization construction. However, in the process of rapid urbanization, there are also some problems, such as the low degree of industrial correlation, the unbalanced development of urbanization regions, the semi-urbanization and a series of industries, cities, etc. Urbanization between people, seriously affected the quality of urbanization. The development of the integration of industry and city, that is, the integration of industry and city, emphasizes the integration of industry, city and people, and then realizes the virtuous circle of city and industry. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development of the integration of production and city, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to solve the problems in the process of new urbanization development in Liaoning Province at present and to further promote the quality of urbanization in Liaoning Province. The thesis consists of five chapters and six parts. The first part of the introduction introduces the background and significance of the topic, including domestic and foreign related research on "urbanization" and "integration of industries and cities", combed the relevant research literature, and pointed out the main contents and methods of this paper. The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis. On the one hand, it covers the connotation of new urbanization and the quality of new urbanization, the integration of industry and city, and the understanding of the connotation of integration of industry and city. It also puts forward the understanding of urbanization and the development of urbanization quality and the connotation of production and city finance, on the other hand, it introduces the mechanism of the integration of industry and city on the quality of new urbanization. The third part firstly analyzes the current situation of new urbanization and integration of production and city in Liaoning Province and then combs the main problems existing in the development of new urbanization and integration of production and city in Liaoning Province. The fourth part is the focus of this chapter, using the factor analysis method of SPSS17.0 to determine the new urbanization quality measurement system in Liaoning Province, and then using entropy method to evaluate the new urbanization quality. Based on the evaluation results of the new urbanization quality in 14 cities of Liaoning Province, the problems existing in urbanization and the influence of the integration of production and city on the urbanization quality of Liaoning Province are analyzed. In the fifth part, on the premise of analyzing the influence of the integration of production and city on the quality of new urbanization in Liaoning Province, the author puts forward some relevant countermeasures to accelerate the integration of production and city to improve the quality of new urbanization in Liaoning Province. The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper.
