【摘要】：都市圈化是城市化的高級(jí)階段,是中國(guó)未來城市發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要趨勢(shì),有演變?yōu)閰^(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作主體模式的傾向。杭州都市圈實(shí)踐活動(dòng)活躍、發(fā)育成長(zhǎng)迅速,對(duì)其空間結(jié)構(gòu)和演進(jìn)機(jī)理的研究,有助于政府和市場(chǎng)找準(zhǔn)突破點(diǎn)協(xié)同推進(jìn)都市圈建設(shè)。采用"城市斷裂點(diǎn)理論",運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)距離、引力模型和場(chǎng)強(qiáng)模型等定量指標(biāo),初步劃定了杭州都市圈的空間范圍,并借鑒"企業(yè)集團(tuán)層次論"揭示其圈層結(jié)構(gòu)特征:包括核心區(qū)、緊密層、半緊密層和松散層。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從政府和市場(chǎng)兩個(gè)視角研究了都市圈的演進(jìn)機(jī)理:包括區(qū)域自然地理和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)背景影響、城市規(guī)劃調(diào)整、行政區(qū)劃變更、企業(yè)和高校搬遷、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、人口郊區(qū)化和周邊縣市主動(dòng)對(duì)接等多方面因素。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an advanced stage of urbanization, which is an important trend of urban development in China in the future, and tends to evolve into the main model of regional economic cooperation. Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle is active in practice and growing rapidly. The study of its spatial structure and evolution mechanism will help the government and the market to find a breakthrough point and promote the construction of Metropolitan Circle. By using the theory of urban fracture point and quantitative indexes such as economic distance, gravity model and field strength model, the spatial range of Hangzhou metropolitan area is preliminarily delineated, and the structure characteristics of the circle layer, including the core area, are revealed by using the theory of enterprise group hierarchy. Tight layer, semi-tight layer and loose layer. On this basis, this paper studies the evolution mechanism of metropolitan area from the perspective of government and market: including the influence of regional natural geography and economic and social background, urban planning adjustment, administrative division change, enterprise and university relocation, infrastructure construction. The suburbanization of population and the active docking of surrounding counties and cities are various factors.
