太原市快速消費品配送中心選址研究

【摘要】:太原市作為山西省省會城市,人口數(shù)量的增長與消費觀念的更新,使其對快速消費品的消費需求逐年增長?焖傧M品使用壽命短,消費速度快的特征要求小批量,多頻次的貨物配送,并且對貨物配送的及時性要求很高。但太原市快速消費品配送行業(yè)的發(fā)展還處于初級起步階段,并沒有專業(yè)的快速消費品配送中心,這與城市經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和快速消費品需求的快速增長表現(xiàn)出了不協(xié)調的發(fā)展關系。為滿足城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對快速消費品配送的嚴格要求,盡快完成太原市快速消費品配送中心的布局和選址就顯得尤為重要,選址是否合理對配送中心功能的發(fā)揮和綜合效益的呈現(xiàn)影響極大,使得研究城市快速消費品配送中心選址問題具有非常重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。文章總結了國內外城市配送中心選址的研究方法,介紹了快速消費品配送中心的相關概念和理論基礎,并結合太原市自身特點進行論述。文章采用灰色預測模型對太原市未來五年人口進行預測,進而預測出太原市未來五年快速消費品需求量是逐年遞增的。由此證明在太原市建立一個快速消費品配送中心是必要的,并依據(jù)未來快速消費品需求量分析估算出擬建設快速消費品配送中心的規(guī)模。接著文章運用集合覆蓋模型初步定量篩選出幾個備選方案,對備選方案進行定性分析后最終確定三個備選地址,最后通過計算物流運輸成本和土地成本,并分別計算運輸成本和土地成本對綜合成本的影響并進行敏感性分析,最終確定配送中心選址地點。計算結果表明:太原市應在萬柏林區(qū)建立配送中心,通過實踐考察,萬柏林區(qū)具備良好的交通條件和物流基礎設施條件,因此文章對太原市快速消費品配送中心選址具有借鑒和參考意義。
[Abstract]:As the capital city of Shanxi Province, Taiyuan is the capital city of Shanxi province. The increase of population and the renewal of consumption concept make the consumption demand of fast consumer goods increase year by year. The short life of the fast consumer goods, the fast consumption speed characteristics require small batch, the multi frequency distribution of goods, and the high demand for the delivery of goods. But Taiyuan is fast eliminating. The development of the premium distribution industry is still in the initial stage, and there is no professional fast consumer goods distribution center. This has shown an uncoordinated development relationship with the development of urban economy and the rapid growth of the demand for consumer goods. In order to meet the strict requirements of the urban economic development for the rapid consumer goods distribution, the rapid completion of Taiyuan is fast. The layout and location of the distribution center of consumer goods is particularly important. Whether the location of the site is reasonable or not has a great influence on the function of the distribution center and the presentation of the comprehensive benefits. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the location of the distribution center of the urban fast consumer goods. This paper introduces the related concepts and theoretical bases of the distribution center of fast consumer goods, and discusses the characteristics of Taiyuan city. This paper forecasts the population of Taiyuan in the next five years by using grey forecasting model, and then predicts that the demand for fast consumer goods in Taiyuan is increasing year by year in the next five years. Thus, it is proved that Taiyuan city is in Taiyuan. It is necessary to set up a fast consumer goods distribution center, and estimate the scale of the construction of the distribution center of fast consumer goods according to the demand analysis of the fast consumer goods. Then, the article uses the set cover model to make a preliminary quantitative selection of several alternatives. After the qualitative analysis of the alternatives, the final determination of the three alternative addresses is the most important. After calculating the logistics transportation cost and land cost, and calculating the influence of transportation cost and land cost on the comprehensive cost and analyzing the sensitivity of the distribution center, the location of the distribution center is determined. The results show that Taiyuan should establish distribution center in Berlin District, through practice, and the Berlin area has good traffic strip. Article and logistics infrastructure conditions, so the article has reference and reference significance for the location of Taiyuan fast moving consumer goods distribution center.
