【摘要】:正一、我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)管理的沿革我國(guó)最早對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的管理起源于1950年國(guó)家宣布對(duì)私有房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)給予承認(rèn)保護(hù)并打擊房產(chǎn)交易與租賃中投機(jī)行為,同年國(guó)家在北京設(shè)立了全國(guó)首家房地產(chǎn)交易市場(chǎng)"北京市城區(qū)房地產(chǎn)交易所",這是我國(guó)對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)管理最早的實(shí)踐。建國(guó)初期,由于城市中私有住宅大部分集中在少數(shù)人手中,存在著靠出租房屋牟利的投機(jī)行為,大量城市居民無(wú)房可居造成了"房荒"現(xiàn)象。為解決城市居民住房問(wèn)題,中共中央
[Abstract]:In the first place, the evolution of China's real estate market management was the earliest management of the real estate market in China.
