【摘要】：正一、我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)管理的沿革我國(guó)最早對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的管理起源于1950年國(guó)家宣布對(duì)私有房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)給予承認(rèn)保護(hù)并打擊房產(chǎn)交易與租賃中投機(jī)行為,同年國(guó)家在北京設(shè)立了全國(guó)首家房地產(chǎn)交易市場(chǎng)"北京市城區(qū)房地產(chǎn)交易所",這是我國(guó)對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)管理最早的實(shí)踐。建國(guó)初期,由于城市中私有住宅大部分集中在少數(shù)人手中,存在著靠出租房屋牟利的投機(jī)行為,大量城市居民無(wú)房可居造成了"房荒"現(xiàn)象。為解決城市居民住房問(wèn)題,中共中央
[Abstract]:In the first place, the evolution of China's real estate market management was the earliest management of the real estate market in China. In 1950, the state announced that the property rights of private houses were protected and the property trading and leasing were combating.
