快遞企業(yè)人員調(diào)配優(yōu)化問題的建模與求解方法研究

【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,快遞企業(yè)的數(shù)量日益增長(zhǎng),我國(guó)各類型快遞企業(yè)在規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大的同時(shí)也面臨著激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中突顯自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)是快遞企業(yè)的主要問題。而從快遞企業(yè)配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)角度分析,合理地分配企業(yè)人員有助于該企業(yè)有效地節(jié)約資源,降低成本與提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文以快遞企業(yè)人力資源為研究對(duì)象,基于快遞企業(yè)配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)來件的隨機(jī)性,通過對(duì)配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的快件處理人員與配送人員的優(yōu)化調(diào)整,使配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)達(dá)到提高快件周轉(zhuǎn)率,節(jié)約網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本和提高庫存環(huán)節(jié)利潤(rùn)的目的,以此來指導(dǎo)企業(yè)合理的規(guī)劃運(yùn)營(yíng)。本文首先結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究闡述了電子商務(wù)發(fā)展給快遞企業(yè)帶來的影響,并對(duì)快遞企業(yè)優(yōu)化問題以及企業(yè)中較為常見的人員調(diào)配方式等相關(guān)知識(shí)與技術(shù)進(jìn)行論述,其次再針對(duì)快遞企業(yè)配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)庫存特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,合理的分析庫存環(huán)節(jié)利潤(rùn)構(gòu)成,并在配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)一天中各時(shí)段來件量具有隨機(jī)性的背景下,利用較為合理的時(shí)間序列季節(jié)系數(shù)法對(duì)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)來件量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè);在配送量,車輛及人員總量的約束下,以極大化配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)庫存利潤(rùn)為目標(biāo)建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,并應(yīng)用改進(jìn)的粒子群優(yōu)化算法求解模型,得到當(dāng)前最佳人員調(diào)配方案,通過算例和對(duì)比分析常用分配方案說明該人員調(diào)配優(yōu)化的有效性。最后對(duì)快遞企業(yè)配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)服務(wù)特點(diǎn)分析,在不同時(shí)段劃分的條件下對(duì)配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)各時(shí)段來件量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè);依據(jù)配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)一天中不同時(shí)段的來件量情況分別對(duì)服務(wù)于同區(qū)域客戶與不同區(qū)域客戶的兩個(gè)配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,在人力資源,車輛,以及快件配送量等條件的約束下,通過調(diào)配人員分別建立極小化快件剩余量模型與極小化配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本模型,并應(yīng)用對(duì)粒子群混合遺傳算法的改進(jìn)算法進(jìn)行求解,以得到合理調(diào)配方案,通過實(shí)例分析及與常用方案比較說明了該優(yōu)化方案的可行性。本文在電子商務(wù)發(fā)展對(duì)快遞企業(yè)影響的背景下對(duì)快遞配送網(wǎng)點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),進(jìn)而用對(duì)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)人力資源的合理調(diào)整來達(dá)到優(yōu)化該網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率與節(jié)約資源的目的,幫助企業(yè)合理進(jìn)行規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of e-commerce industry, the number of express delivery enterprises is increasing day by day. How to highlight their advantages in the competition is the main problem of express delivery enterprises. From the point of view of distribution network operation of express delivery enterprises, reasonable distribution of enterprise personnel is helpful to save resources, reduce costs and improve competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes the human resources of express delivery enterprises as the research object, based on the randomness of the distribution network of express delivery enterprises, through the optimization and adjustment of the express handling staff and the distribution personnel of the distribution network, the distribution network can improve the turnover rate of express goods. The purpose of saving the operating cost of network and increasing the profit of inventory link is to guide the enterprise to plan and operate reasonably. This paper firstly expounds the influence of the development of electronic commerce on express delivery enterprises combined with the domestic and foreign related research, and discusses the related knowledge and technology, such as the optimization of express delivery enterprises and the more common ways of personnel deployment in the enterprises. Secondly, according to the distribution network inventory characteristics of express delivery enterprises, the reasonable analysis of the stock link profit composition, and in the distribution network in a day in each period of time with the randomness of the background, The method of seasonal coefficient of reasonable time series is used to predict the quantity of distribution points, and the mathematical model is established under the constraints of the total quantity of distribution, vehicles and personnel, with the aim of maximizing the profit of inventory of distribution network. The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve the model and the optimal personnel allocation scheme is obtained. The effectiveness of the optimization is illustrated by a numerical example and a comparative analysis of the common allocation schemes. Finally, the characteristics of distribution network operation and service in express delivery enterprises are analyzed, and the quantity of distribution network in each period of time is predicted under the condition of different time division. According to the distribution network's incoming quantity at different times of the day, the two distribution outlets serving the same regional customers and different regional customers are analyzed respectively, under the constraints of human resources, vehicles, and the quantity of express shipment, etc. Through the deployment of personnel to establish the model of the minimal residual quantity of express goods and the operation cost model of the minimized distribution network, and apply the improved Particle Swarm Optimization genetic algorithm to solve, in order to obtain a reasonable allocation scheme. The feasibility of the optimization scheme is illustrated by example analysis and comparison with common schemes. In this paper, under the background of the influence of the development of electronic commerce on the express delivery enterprises, the business volume of the express distribution network is forecasted, and then the rational adjustment of the network human resources is used to optimize the operation efficiency and save the resources of the network. Help enterprises to plan properly.
