【摘要】：金融產(chǎn)業(yè)作為社會(huì)發(fā)展中資金融通的重要環(huán)節(jié),它充當(dāng)了將金融資源配置到全社會(huì)各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)中的重要角色,對(duì)整個(gè)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率的提高起著重要的作用。金融集聚隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,金融集聚已經(jīng)成為金融發(fā)展的普遍現(xiàn)象,成為現(xiàn)代金融產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的基本形式。關(guān)于金融集聚對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有積極的促進(jìn)作用已經(jīng)達(dá)成了共識(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)之一就是優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。集聚區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)受益于金融集聚發(fā)揮的集聚效應(yīng)和規(guī)模效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和調(diào)整升級(jí),在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,又為金融集聚區(qū)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)提供了良好的實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)。山東省具有良好的地理優(yōu)勢(shì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展背景,同時(shí)正處于深化金融改革的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整是山東省目前的兩項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)略性的任務(wù)。本文以山東省為例,根據(jù)山東省17地市2001-2015年的相關(guān)反映金融業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模、金融集聚程度的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)山東省當(dāng)前的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,構(gòu)建空間計(jì)量模型,論證金融集聚程度是否對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整產(chǎn)生深刻影響以及17各地市之間的空間差異與溢出效應(yīng)。結(jié)果認(rèn)為(1)山東省金融集聚和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)之間存在因果關(guān)系。金融集聚引導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚。(2)山東省銀行業(yè)發(fā)展相對(duì)比較成熟,銀行業(yè)集聚對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的影響最為顯著。(3)山東省金融集聚程度較高的城市,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)更容易受到金融集聚的正面影響。最后針對(duì)性提出相關(guān)政策建議:(1)提高資源配置效率,利用多種金融工具對(duì)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)和企業(yè)進(jìn)行作用。(2)均衡山東省金融業(yè)發(fā)展水平,提升金融業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力(3)通過(guò)打造金融中心的方式,加快金融集聚的出現(xiàn),利用金融集聚調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)山東由經(jīng)濟(jì)大省朝經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)省的跨越式發(fā)展。論文的創(chuàng)新之處是首次對(duì)山東省17各地市的金融集聚情況進(jìn)行空間計(jì)量分析,并對(duì)各地市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)狀況的影響同步進(jìn)行了分析;研究結(jié)論對(duì)山東省進(jìn)一步發(fā)展金融業(yè),提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)都有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Financial industry, as an important link of fund financing in social development, plays an important role in allocating financial resources to all industries of the whole society and plays an important role in improving the efficiency of the whole macroeconomic operation. With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, financial agglomeration has become a common phenomenon of financial development and a basic form of modern financial industry organization. There has been a consensus that financial agglomeration has a positive role in promoting regional economic development, and one of the key points of economic development is to optimize the industrial structure. The agglomeration area industry benefits from the agglomeration effect and scale effect of financial agglomeration, which has been optimized and upgraded, and in this process, it provides a good entity economic base for the financial institutions in the financial agglomeration area. Shandong Province has good geographical advantage and economic development background, at the same time it is in the key period of deepening financial reform. The development of financial industry and the adjustment of industrial structure are two strategic tasks of Shandong Province at present. Taking Shandong Province as an example, according to the relevant data of 17 cities in Shandong Province from 2001 to 2015 reflecting the scale of financial industry development and the degree of financial agglomeration, this paper makes a data analysis on the current situation of industrial structure and the existing problems of industrial structure in Shandong Province. A spatial econometric model is constructed to demonstrate whether the degree of financial agglomeration has a profound impact on the adjustment of industrial structure and the spatial differences and spillover effects among 17 cities. The results show that there is a causal relationship between financial agglomeration and industrial structure upgrading in Shandong Province. Financial agglomeration leads to industrial agglomeration. (2) the banking industry in Shandong Province is relatively mature, and banking agglomeration has the most significant influence on the upgrading of industrial structure. 3) the cities with higher degree of financial agglomeration in Shandong Province. Industrial structure is more vulnerable to the positive impact of financial agglomeration. Finally, it puts forward relevant policy recommendations: 1) to improve the efficiency of resource allocation, to use various financial instruments to act on the macro economy and enterprises. (2) to balance the development level of the financial industry in Shandong Province. To promote the overall competitiveness of the financial industry by building a financial center, to accelerate the emergence of financial agglomeration, to use financial agglomeration to adjust and upgrade the industrial structure, and to promote economic development. Finally, Shandong will develop by leaps and bounds from a large economic province to a strong economic province. The innovation of the paper is the first time to analyze the financial agglomeration of 17 cities in Shandong Province, and the impact of upgrading the industrial structure of each prefecture and city is analyzed synchronously, and the conclusion of the study is to further develop the financial industry in Shandong Province. Upgrading industrial competitiveness and adjusting industrial structure have certain reference value.
