【摘要】：近年來,根據物資“一體化、集約化”管理思路和“集約、規(guī)范、高效”的職能戰(zhàn)略目標,電網公司指明了“大物流、大配送”的物資管理模式,力爭實現倉庫層級扁平化、庫存結構及定額合理化、跨區(qū)域配送標準化、服務功能齊全的物資管理體系。如何把“大物流、大配送”管理模式落實到具體物資管理和倉儲配送運作,成為了亟待解決的問題之一。倉儲管理在物流管理中起著重要的作用,隨著全球經濟一體化的快速發(fā)展,倉儲管理勢必成為企業(yè)提高競爭力的突破口,來達到企業(yè)挖潛增效的目的。對于電力企業(yè),由于物資規(guī)模大,倉儲管理在企業(yè)中占據更加重要的地位。然而,當前我國電力企業(yè)的倉儲管理水平低下,大多數企業(yè)的倉儲管理缺少科學地指導,沒有把現代倉儲管理的理論運用起來,導致企業(yè)的倉儲管理混亂不堪、效率低下,運營成本居高不下。傳統(tǒng)的物流倉儲管理模式,已無法適應當前發(fā)展的需要,倉儲管理現代化、標準化與科學化;由傳統(tǒng)倉儲管理向現代物流管理轉變勢在必行。本文以X電網公司為研究對象。首先,通過閱讀大量文獻了解電網“大物流大配送”理論和現代化倉儲管理的新理念、新觀點;其次,通過調研法和流程診斷等方法詳細了分析了X電網公司的倉儲管理現狀,發(fā)現其存在的突出問題,主要集中在倉庫布局、倉庫信息化管理、急救包定額儲備、閑置物資和倉儲人員素質等方面;然后,結合基本的倉儲管理理論和“大物流大配送”理念與企業(yè)實際相結合;對出現的突出問題進行有針對性地優(yōu)化;最后,分析了優(yōu)化結果及相關建議;X電網公司實現了倉儲管理科學化和標準化,提高了物流服務水平,實現創(chuàng)先目標,與南方電網公司“大物流大配送”管理模式保持一致,實現公司穩(wěn)步健康發(fā)展。本文的研究,不僅僅對該電網公司的倉儲管理優(yōu)化具有良好的指導作用,而且也可以為同類企業(yè)進行倉儲管理改革提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, according to the management thinking of "integration, intensification" and the functional strategic goal of "intensive, standardized and efficient", power grid companies have pointed out the material management mode of "large logistics and large distribution", and strive to realize the levelling of warehouse level.Inventory structure and quota rationalization, cross-regional distribution standardization, full-featured material management system.How to implement the management mode of "big logistics and large distribution" into concrete material management and warehousing operation has become one of the problems to be solved urgently.Warehouse management plays an important role in logistics management. With the rapid development of global economic integration, warehouse management is bound to become a breakthrough for enterprises to improve their competitiveness to achieve the purpose of tapping potential and increasing efficiency.For electric power enterprises, warehouse management plays a more important role because of the large scale of materials.However, at present, the storage management level of electric power enterprises in our country is low, most of them lack scientific guidance and do not apply the theory of modern warehousing management, which leads to the confusion and inefficiency of the warehousing management of enterprises.Operating costs remain high.The traditional logistics warehouse management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the current development, storage management modernization, standardization and scientific, from the traditional storage management to modern logistics management is imperative.This paper takes X Power Grid Company as the research object.First of all, through reading a large number of documents to understand the power grid "big logistics and large distribution" theory and modern warehousing management of new ideas, new ideas; secondly, through the investigation method and process diagnosis methods to analyze the current situation of storage management of X power grid company in detail.Found its outstanding problems, mainly focused on warehouse layout, warehouse information management, first aid kit quota reserve, idle materials and storage personnel quality, etc.Combined with the basic warehouse management theory and the concept of "big logistics and large distribution" with the enterprise reality; the outstanding problems to be targeted optimization; finally,The optimization results and related suggestions are analyzed. The company realizes the scientific and standardized warehouse management, improves the level of logistics service, realizes the goal of creation, and keeps the same with the management mode of "big logistics and large distribution" of Southern Power Grid.To achieve steady and healthy development of the company.The research of this paper not only has the good guidance function to the storage management optimization of the power grid company, but also can provide the reference for the similar enterprise to carry on the storage management reform.
