【摘要】：在當(dāng)前西部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的背景下,結(jié)合西部地區(qū)區(qū)域特點(diǎn)和"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"發(fā)展的時(shí)代特征,通過分析近些年陜西省高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的基本情況,產(chǎn)生一個(gè)基本判斷,即西部地區(qū)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的路徑選擇應(yīng)是逐步向非公、中小微型企業(yè)流動(dòng),特別是東部向西部轉(zhuǎn)移的產(chǎn)業(yè)類的小企業(yè)中流動(dòng).為印證這一判斷,本文運(yùn)用馬克思的有機(jī)構(gòu)成理論和凱恩斯的有效需求理論對(duì)這一就業(yè)途徑進(jìn)行深入分析,并運(yùn)用實(shí)證的方式加以驗(yàn)證和后續(xù)預(yù)測(cè),明確該途徑確實(shí)符合當(dāng)前實(shí)際,應(yīng)是緩解當(dāng)前高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的重要途徑.而在這一路徑選擇下,本文從承載適合西部發(fā)展的東部轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)業(yè)、夯實(shí)西部新區(qū)發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)承載、以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融等創(chuàng)新融資方式緩解中小微企業(yè)資金壓力,同時(shí)承載地政府應(yīng)積極履行責(zé)任,幫助轉(zhuǎn)移企業(yè)的落地升級(jí),并扶持青年創(chuàng)業(yè)等角度提出建議.
[Abstract]:Under the background of the current industrial transfer in the western region, combined with the regional characteristics of the western region and the age characteristics of the development of the "Internet", through the analysis of the basic situation of employment of college graduates in Shaanxi Province in recent years, a basic judgment has emerged.That is to say, the path to employment for college graduates in the western region should be gradually flowing to non-public, small and medium-sized enterprises, especially to the small enterprises of the industrial type transferred from the east to the west.In order to confirm this judgment, this paper uses Marx's organic constitution theory and Keynes's effective demand theory to analyze this employment path in depth, and uses the empirical method to verify and predict.It is an important way to alleviate the employment of college graduates.Under the choice of this path, this paper transfers industry from the east which is suitable for the development of the west, rammed up the development of the new area in the west to realize the carrying capacity, and alleviates the financial pressure of the small and medium-sized enterprises by innovative financing methods such as Internet finance, etc.At the same time, the government should carry out the responsibility actively, help transfer enterprises' landing and upgrade, and support the youth to start a business.
