河北省女碩士研究生就業(yè)問題研究

【摘要】:就業(yè)問題乃民生之本,隨著高校對碩士研究生的擴招,畢業(yè)人數也逐年攀升,就業(yè)形勢不容樂觀。尤其是女碩士研究生受到生理、自身素質和社會性別因素等多方面的制約,就業(yè)形式則更加的嚴峻。目前我國高校女碩士就業(yè)問題日漸凸顯,女碩士生面臨的問題已經不僅僅局限于就業(yè)難,還涉及到與就業(yè)相關的方方面面。本研究以河北大學、河北科技大學、河北工業(yè)大學三所高校為例,運用問卷調查法、定性分析法和文獻分析法來分析女碩士研究生的就業(yè)現狀。從就業(yè)基本情況、工資權益與保障、滿意度和發(fā)展前景四個維度考察女碩士就業(yè)指標,分析比較不同性別、不同崗位、不同單位之間女碩士研究生的就業(yè)問題,將2015年已落實就業(yè)單位的女碩士研究生作為分析對象、男碩士生作為參照對比樣本得出,女碩士研究生的就業(yè)現狀比男碩士研究生整體偏低,女碩士研究生在工作發(fā)展前景這方面比男碩士研究生要弱勢一些,但更關注工作的穩(wěn)定性,女碩士研究生比男碩士研究生更加追求類似學校、事業(yè)單位等相較穩(wěn)定的職位。通過對問卷調查分析得出,影響女碩士研究生就業(yè)問題的因素分別體現在自身的專業(yè)素質;不切實際的就業(yè)期望值;社會性別因素以及高校就業(yè)指導等方面。最后,根據實證研究和理論分析的結論,基于人力資本理論、社會性別理論和期望理論的視角,對影響女碩士研究生就業(yè)影響因素從自身、高校和用人單位三方面提出針對河北省女碩士生就業(yè)的對策建議,抓住機遇提升自己、杜絕性別歧視,構建性別平等的用人環(huán)境、利用地域優(yōu)勢引進師資力量、在京津冀一體化的背景下,提倡高校和企業(yè)強強聯合提供跨區(qū)域的實踐經驗、開展跨區(qū)域化網絡平臺等。希望以此為女碩士研究生就業(yè)問題的解決提供綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. With the expansion of graduate enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of graduates is rising year by year, so the employment situation is not optimistic.In particular, female graduate students are restricted by physiological, self-quality and gender factors, and the employment form is more severe.At present, the employment problem of female masters in colleges and universities in China is increasingly prominent. The problems faced by female master students are not only limited to the difficulty of employment, but also related to all aspects of employment.Taking Hebei University, Hebei University of Science and Technology and Hebei University of Technology as examples, the present employment situation of female graduate students was analyzed by questionnaire survey, qualitative analysis and literature analysis.From the basic situation of employment, wage rights and security, satisfaction and development prospects of four dimensions of female master's employment indicators, analysis and comparison of different gender, different positions, different units of female master graduate employment issues,Taking the female graduate students who have been employed in the employment unit in 2015 as the analysis object, and the male master students as the reference sample, it is concluded that the employment situation of the female graduate students is lower than that of the male graduate students as a whole.The development prospect of female graduate students is weaker than that of male graduate students, but they pay more attention to the stability of their work. Female master students pursue more stable positions such as similar schools and institutions.Through the analysis of questionnaires, the factors that affect the employment of female graduate students are reflected in their own professional quality; unrealistic employment expectations; gender factors and employment guidance in colleges and universities.Finally, according to the conclusions of empirical research and theoretical analysis, based on the human capital theory, gender theory and expectation theory, the factors that affect the employment of female graduate students are analyzed from their own perspective.Universities and employers put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for employment of female master students in Hebei Province, seize the opportunity to promote themselves, put an end to gender discrimination, construct a gender-equal employment environment, and use regional advantages to introduce teachers.In the context of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it advocates the combination of universities and enterprises to provide cross-regional practical experience and carry out cross-regional network platform.I hope to solve the employment problem of female graduate students in order to provide a modest force.
