【摘要】：新集一礦煤矸石電廠鍋爐風(fēng)機(jī)采用節(jié)流調(diào)節(jié)的方式調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)量,風(fēng)機(jī)能量浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重。在電網(wǎng)公司的引導(dǎo)下,決定采用合同能源管理模式對(duì)鍋爐風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行變頻節(jié)能改造。合同能源管理模式中,能耗單位不再對(duì)節(jié)能項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行投資,改由節(jié)能服務(wù)公司負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的投資和實(shí)施。節(jié)能服務(wù)公司與能耗單位分享節(jié)能收益。項(xiàng)目實(shí)施后,設(shè)備節(jié)能效果顯著,超額完成了國(guó)家下達(dá)的節(jié)能指標(biāo),促進(jìn)了設(shè)備安全長(zhǎng)效運(yùn)行,降低了運(yùn)行維護(hù)費(fèi)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)家、用能企業(yè)、節(jié)能服務(wù)公司、電網(wǎng)公司等各方的共贏。
[Abstract]:The boiler fan of coal gangue power plant in Xinji No. 1 Mine adopts throttling regulation to adjust the air volume, and the fan energy is wasted seriously.Under the guidance of the power grid company, it is decided to adopt the contract energy management mode to transform the boiler fan with frequency conversion and energy saving.In the mode of contract energy management, the energy consumption unit no longer invests in the energy saving project, but the energy saving service company is responsible for the investment and implementation of the project.Energy-saving service companies share energy efficiency benefits with energy-consuming units.After the implementation of the project, the energy saving effect of the equipment has been remarkable, the energy saving target issued by the state has been exceeded, the equipment safety and long effect operation has been promoted, the operation and maintenance cost has been reduced, and the state, energy using enterprise, energy saving service company have been realized,Power grid companies and other parties to win.
