【摘要】：引入效用理論的分析框架,采用反事實分析方法,基于CGSS數(shù)據(jù)測度農(nóng)民工工資性收入的不確定性及其協(xié)同不確定性、異質(zhì)不確定性和不確定性誤差的分解情況,并分析其影響因素。結果表明:農(nóng)民工工資性收入總不確定性的絕對值為0.018;總不確定性中協(xié)同不確定性占比達到81.62%,而異質(zhì)不確定性占比不到20%;不同農(nóng)民工群體間的不確定性差異較大,東部地區(qū)及從事高技能工作或自雇的農(nóng)民工工資性收入不確定性較低。健康狀況、社會資本和區(qū)域變量等因素對農(nóng)民工工資性收入不確定性有顯著的負向影響;工資性收入、高技能和自雇職業(yè)等因素對農(nóng)民工工資性收入不確定性有顯著的正向影響。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the analysis frame of utility theory and uses the counterfactual analysis method to measure the uncertainty of migrant workers' wage income and their coordination uncertainty heterogeneity uncertainty and uncertainty error decomposition based on CGSS data.The influencing factors are analyzed.The results show that the absolute value of the total uncertainty of migrant workers' wage income is 0.018, the proportion of cooperative uncertainty is 81.62and the proportion of heterogeneous uncertainty is less than 20.In the eastern region and migrant workers engaged in high-skilled jobs or self-employed, the uncertainty of wage income is low.Factors such as health status, social capital and regional variables have a significant negative impact on the uncertainty of migrant workers' wage income.Factors such as high skills and self-employed occupation have significant positive effects on the uncertainty of migrant workers' wage income.
