PPP model can promote the transformation of government functions.Social capital can be fully mobilized to participate in the construction of public infrastructure, which is an effective way to give play to the decisive role of the market in the effect of resource allocation.This paper expounds the background of PPP mode, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of PPP mode application in China, and gives an analysis of PPP modules in China.
