基于現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)企業(yè)需求的高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量提升策略研究

【摘要】:為改變我國(guó)制造業(yè)大而不強(qiáng)、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱的現(xiàn)狀,縮小與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與質(zhì)量效益等方面的差距,我國(guó)政府于2015年提出實(shí)施“中國(guó)制造2025”戰(zhàn)略,由制造業(yè)大國(guó)向制造業(yè)強(qiáng)國(guó)邁進(jìn)。大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)企業(yè),是落實(shí)這一戰(zhàn)略的重要舉措,而培養(yǎng)大批技能型人才是關(guān)鍵。高等職業(yè)院校承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)企業(yè)一線生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、服務(wù)、管理人才的重要職責(zé),面對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)背景下,現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)企業(yè)對(duì)大批高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能人才的迫切需求,有必要針對(duì)高等職業(yè)院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量提升策略進(jìn)行研究。本論文主要由三部分構(gòu)成:第一部分:分析了在“中國(guó)制造2025”背景下企業(yè)對(duì)高職畢業(yè)生的新要求,從企業(yè)人力資源結(jié)構(gòu)的改變切入認(rèn)為企業(yè)越來越重視技術(shù)技能型人才,企業(yè)對(duì)入職員工上崗能力與時(shí)間,以及對(duì)畢業(yè)生自信心、溝通以及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力提出了新要求,還分析了要實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)制造2025”還須增強(qiáng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。第二部分:主要是以江西某高職院校為例,對(duì)其2013—2016屆畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上完成就業(yè)質(zhì)量情況分析。筆者參照前人研究成果并結(jié)合高職教育特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了相關(guān)問卷,依照霍蘭德人職匹配理論分析了該校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)狀與具體表現(xiàn)。此外,筆者還調(diào)研訪談了部分制造業(yè)企業(yè)人力資源管理部門,了解企業(yè)的技術(shù)技能人力資源需求和管理現(xiàn)狀。第三部分:對(duì)高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量構(gòu)成因素進(jìn)行了分析,從不同主體的角度出發(fā),分析了政府部門、用人單位、高職院校、畢業(yè)生自身等方面的問題,根據(jù)能力素質(zhì)模型與核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論探尋提升就業(yè)質(zhì)量的各種措施,從而更好促進(jìn)高職院校就業(yè)工作,服務(wù)“中國(guó)制造2025”。
[Abstract]:In order to change the present situation of large and weak manufacturing industry and weak core competitiveness, and narrow the gap between China and developed countries in industrial structure and quality benefit, our government put forward the strategy of "made in China 2025" in 2015. The development of modern manufacturing enterprises is an important measure to carry out this strategy, and cultivating a large number of skilled personnel is the key. Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading, modern manufacturing enterprises are in urgent need of a large number of high-quality technical and skilled personnel. It is necessary to study the strategy of improving the employment quality of graduates in higher vocational colleges and universities. This thesis is composed of three parts: part one: it analyzes the new requirements of higher vocational graduates under the background of "made in China 2025". From the change of enterprise human resource structure, it is believed that enterprises pay more and more attention to technical talents, and the enterprises have put forward new requirements on the ability and time of entering staff, as well as on graduates' self-confidence, communication and team cooperation ability. It also analyzes how to realize "made in China 2025" and how to enhance students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. The second part: take a vocational college in Jiangxi province as an example. Based on the investigation of the class of 2013-2016 graduates, the author has completed the analysis of the quality of employment. According to the previous research results and combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education, the author has designed a questionnaire. According to Holland's theory of job matching, this paper analyzes the present situation and concrete performance of graduates' employment quality. In addition, the author also investigates and interviews some human resources management departments of manufacturing enterprises. The third part analyzes the factors that constitute the employment quality of graduates in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the government departments, employing units, higher vocational colleges and universities from the perspective of different subjects. According to the ability quality model and the core competence theory, this paper explores various measures to improve the quality of employment in order to promote the employment of higher vocational colleges and serve "made in China 2025".
