【摘要】：在空間、時(shí)間存在耦合邏輯的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與新生代農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)的耦合互動(dòng)關(guān)系。城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)使得小城(縣)、鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)成為資源要素的聚集地,吸引和激勵(lì)了眾多具有創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿的新生代農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè);而新生代農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)通過(guò)促進(jìn)空間轉(zhuǎn)移、就業(yè)與市民化轉(zhuǎn)型推進(jìn)了城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進(jìn)程。同時(shí),兩者對(duì)于地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)作用相互影響,表現(xiàn)為雙螺旋上升的態(tài)勢(shì),進(jìn)而構(gòu)建了雙螺旋耦合模型,揭示了兩者內(nèi)在互動(dòng)的協(xié)同性和規(guī)律性以及在促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的具體模式,為管理者提供了相關(guān)啟示。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the coupling logic of space and time, this paper expounds the coupling interaction between the urbanization construction and the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses. It has attracted and encouraged many new generation migrant workers with entrepreneurial intention to return to start their own businesses, while the new generation of migrant workers return home to start their own businesses by promoting spatial transfer, employment and civic transformation to promote the process of urbanization, at the same time, The driving effect of the two factors on the regional economic development is influenced by each other, which shows that the double helix is rising, and then the double helix coupling model is constructed. This paper reveals the synergy and regularity of the internal interaction between the two and the concrete mode of promoting the regional economic development, which provides relevant enlightenment for the managers.
